Description

New, modern and stylishly furnished holiday home with wellness factor in the centre of Neßmersiel.

The Krefthuus is equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable and carefree stay. Enjoy cosy evenings by the fireplace, which provides cosy warmth and a relaxed atmosphere, or relaxing sauna sessions in the Finnish garden sauna. The kitchen unit is fully equipped to prepare your favourite dishes and spoil your family or friends at a large dining table. A large dining area on the covered (including awning) west-facing terrace also invites you to linger. You can enjoy breakfast in the morning sun on additional seating on the south side of the house.

In addition to a beach chair on the terrace, a beach chair is available on the Neßmersiel beach during the summer season.

In addition to a spacious living/dining area and a high-quality kitchen, the Krefthuus has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a utility room, a large terrace and an outdoor sauna. Oversized doors create a generous feeling of space. In addition to the description of the rooms and furnishings, we would like to mention a few special features here:

- fully equipped kitchen with fully automatic coffee machine, coffee maker, waffle iron, raclette and double crockery/cutlery
- the dining area with chairs and a leather bench offers space for 6 people and the table can also be extended
- the cosy living room with fireplace not only has a 65-inch TV but also a high-quality hi-fi system and a Blu-Ray player
- two car parking spaces, one of which is covered

The bedrooms with TV and built-in wardrobes offer high-quality beds with the following dimensions:
- Ground floor 180x200cm with comfort height
- Upper floor front 180x210cm
- Upper floor rear 140x200cm plus sofa bed 90x190cm
Slatted frames and H3 mattresses are designed for up to 120kg.

The bathrooms are equipped with level-access showers (walk-in on the ground floor) including rain showers and wall-mounted towel radiators. There is also plenty of storage space. The ground floor bathroom has direct access to the outdoor sauna and a cold splash shower. Of course, "little dirty sparrows" can also hose themselves down here before entering the house :-) .

As the 7th guest, your baby will find a cot on the upper floor at the front and an additional travel cot and a Tripptrapp on the ground floor. The property is fenced and not only has a gate at the front towards the street but also one at the back with direct access to the playground.

We offer an allergy-friendly house, therefore no pets are allowed and it is a non-smoking house. This also applies to the outdoor areas.

Beautiful holiday home in a dream location

Very clean, modernly furnished holiday home that leaves nothing to be desired.
The location is perfect, everything is within walking distance.
The cozy fireplace and the great sauna also offer wonderfully relaxing hours even in rainy weather.
Simply dreamy!

Super Ferienhaus

Perfect

We arrived on 09. 08. at around 2 PM, and were able to move into the house at 3 PM.
Everything was spotless!
The kitchen fully equipped with very high-quality dishes and cutlery.
Games available, a very nice sauna, grill, beach chair - really everything is great.
It's a blessing that there is a washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher.
The location is also top-notch - the supermarket in the neighborhood, direct access to the children's playground from the garden. All switches labeled, that is a very good idea!
Spent 13 wonderful vacation days there. THANK YOU!

Great holiday home with upscale amenities

We were on site with 6 people as a family (2 grandparents, 2 parents, 2 children). The house is very new and excellently furnished, as well as super divided, which had prompted us to book it at the time. On site, we found everything as described, but it actually seemed even better to us. The equipment is very modern, extensive, and especially the kitchen really has everything one could wish for. The outdoor sauna rounds off the package additionally. For us, the direct proximity to the playground was great, as the children could go out and play directly from the garden. Due to the central location in the village, the beach is also easily reachable on foot or by bike. The entire communication with the owners beforehand and during the vacation was quick, friendly, transparent, and pleasant. We will gladly come back.

Great holiday home in a good location

The house is modernly furnished and has everything one needs! The coffee machine, the sauna, and the fireplace were our highlights. The beautifully landscaped garden directly adjoins a playground - perfect for families with children. Fresh rolls are available daily right at the door. We only needed the car for excursions, e.g., to the seal station. The handover was uncomplicated. There was really nothing to complain about, and we would come back at any time.
