Description

The house within a house (Porzione di Casa), which was completely renovated in 2020, is located in the quiet alleys above the old town centre of Dolceacqua with a fantastic view of the Castello Doria, a landmark of the medieval town.

Piazza Garibaldi with its shops, cafés and restaurants is just a few minutes' walk away. You can park in a private car park nearby or in a free public car park just a few minutes from the house.

"La Terrazza" extends over three floors. On the lower floor is the entrance area with cloakroom, a shower room with window and a spacious, fully equipped eat-in kitchen. On the middle floor, the sleeping floor, there are two beautiful bedrooms with double beds - 160cm and 180cm wide. The larger room has a cosy sitting area with a flat-screen TV. From the smaller room you can enjoy the view of the Castello. There is also another shower room with bidet and window on this floor.

On the top floor, the converted attic, you will find a very spacious living room with a ceiling height of 3.50 metres. Here, too, you will find a flat-screen TV and can also relax by the crackling open fire. For your convenience, there is also a kitchenette with fridge in the living room. From here you can access the lovingly planted, sunny and furnished roof terrace, which invites you to linger.

In Dolceacqua, Liguria, a picturesque village with medieval charm, very well maintained due to the constant financial organisation of the princely family from Monaco, which has its origins here. There are many events, in August a fantastic firework display, many simple but also high-quality restaurants - simply a lively place!
