Description

Discover the beauty of the North Sea and spend your holiday in our exclusive non-smoking holiday flat Cuxland in Cuxhaven. The flat offers 68 square metres of space for up to 2 guests and has 1 bedroom, hallway, living and dining room and 1 bathroom.

Enjoy the view of the Altenbruch Canal and the wide open sky from your own loggia. You can park your car safely in the free parking space / car park belonging to the flat.

The flat is equipped with a modern kitchenette. A dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and much more are at your disposal. Of course, bed linen and towels are also included.

Entertainment is provided by a TV and free WiFi. Practical amenities such as an iron and a hairdryer are also available.

Our private holiday flat is also suitable for long-term rentals. Please note that this is a non-smoking flat for a maximum of 2 people. Pets of any kind and size are not allowed.

The holiday flat is surrounded by a picturesque landscape with green areas and flowers. You can spend relaxing hours on the loggia or take a walk to the nearby harbour, beach and lighthouse.

Inside the flat you will find a cosy living room with comfortable furniture. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped. The bathroom is bright and spacious. The bedroom is comfortable and invites you to relax.

Location and surroundings of object

The large, bright, and welcoming non-smoking holiday apartment is located on the first floor of our house.
In addition to the spacious living-dining room with a kitchenette, there is also a bedroom and a bright and well-maintained bathroom with toilet and shower. Towels, kitchen towels, and bed linens are included in the price.

Your bedroom is bright and pleasantly furnished, featuring a double bed measuring 180 x 200 and wardrobes for storing your clothing. The pretty, bright bathroom with shower and toilet ensures a good start to the day.
On the beautiful 6.50 m wide balcony (loggia), you will find comfortable seating furniture and a large table.
Here you can enjoy your breakfast in the morning sun or a glass of wine in the evening.
The view on this side looks towards the garden and water view of the Altenbrucher Canal.
On the other side of the house, from your window, you look towards the North Sea, Elbe, dike, and the Dicke Berta lighthouse. From the house, you can spectacularly watch the large ships pass by. This unique view is available only here.

Please note that this is an absolute non-smoking holiday apartment, which also applies to e-cigarettes and shishas, for a maximum of 2 people over 18 years old. Right next to our house, we have reserved a marked, free parking space for your car, exclusively for you.

Location and surroundings
The vacation apartment is just a short walk from the green beach of Cuxhaven, Altenbruch district. Here you can relax wonderfully and let your soul dangle. Watch the mighty container ships, quaint crab cutters, and huge luxury liners. The ships are so close you can almost touch them. It doesn't get any closer than this! Because this is THE most spectacular hotspot for photography and watching ships. Watch the bustling activity of the large vessels on the global shipping route or enjoy romantic evening moods at sunset. Maritime flair, colorful beach chairs, and a healthy stimulating climate. A vacation in Cuxhaven is good not only for the soul but also for the body. In our North Sea spa town Cuxhaven, there are more than 200 kilometers of signposted routes and paths for cyclists. Head to the dyke and then straight ahead. With views of the sea and mudflats, it's great for cycling here. Highlights also include horse-drawn mudflat carriage rides or a mudflat hiking tour. By the way, the popular 1300 km long Elbe Cycle Route is only about 700 m away.
WITH TIMELY REQUEST, we are happy to offer you a storage option for 2 bicycles or 2 e-bikes.

If you're coming from further north, e.g., from Carolinensiel, then follow Bundesstraße 5. From Schleswig-Holstein, you can, among other options, take the ferry across the Elbe from Glückstadt to Wischhafen. Whether you are traveling by car or train from the direction of Hamburg or Bremen. Once you have arrived in Cuxhaven, you are at the northernmost point in Lower Saxony. From here, you can only continue across the sea.

**Cancellation and Rebooking** If you withdraw from your booking, cancellation fees will apply. In the event of withdrawal from the rental agreement, the tenant is obliged to pay a portion of the agreed price as compensation. Cancellations must always be made in writing. The amount of compensation depends on the time remaining until the arrival date and is as follows: - up to 90 days before the arrival date: 25% of the agreed price - up to 60 days before the arrival date: 50% of the agreed price - up to 21 days before the arrival date: 80% of the agreed price - up to 14 days before the arrival date: 90% of the agreed price - thereafter or in case of no-show: 100% of the agreed price We therefore recommend that guests take out travel cancellation insurance. A one-time free rebooking is possible, provided there is availability. In this case, the rental prices for the new booking period apply. The request for rebooking must be submitted no later than 3 months before the original arrival date and is possible at most for the following year.

I felt very comfortable and at home in this apartment right away. The landlords are very nice and helpful. Everything is taken care of. The vacation apartment is a premium accommodation. Vacation by the water

Very comfortable and well-maintained holiday apartment. Furnishings and amenities leave nothing to be desired. The view from the balcony is worth seeing. Beautiful holiday apartment with full amenities

We spent our vacation in this holiday apartment for the second time. The kitchen is very well equipped, everything is very lovingly furnished, very clean, and nothing is lacking. flawless holiday apartment

Back home after a lovely week in Cuxland. Since we are repeat offenders and have been here for the 2nd time, we have only positive words as before. Quick and friendly contact and problem-free communication. The apartment is very nice with a well-maintained and modern furnishings. Everything you need is really available. Ideally located for ship "watchers." Unfortunately, we missed the large cruise ships twice. We used the large balcony overlooking the beautiful garden daily and ended the day here. There is also very detailed information about sights, shopping, and restaurants. It was, as last time, a wonderful week. Thank you, Lemke family. We will come back. . . . . .

Pure relaxation...

What should I add to the many positive remarks about this vacation apartment? ? ? The reception and farewell were warm, the stay very relaxing. The kitchen is equipped with all sorts of gadgets (there was even a backpack for shopping!). The sunny balcony offers a great view of the lovingly maintained garden of the landlords, the sofa area invites you to devour many a book, the beds ensure a restful sleep, and the bathroom provides enough space for the many little things that one likes to store there (as long as they are not already present!). My bicycle was safely stored in the shed and covered many kilometers in the Cuxhaven area. Actually, one shouldn't make such an assessment at all - simply because it forfeits the chance of rebooking? Relaxation vacation

As always, great – we always love to come back. The apartment is equipped with all comforts and very clean – there is really nothing missing, almost like home. To relax, just sit on the loggia and enjoy the well-kept garden. A glance out of the bathroom window at the right time and you can see the big ships behind the dike. Simply genius for relaxed vacation days.

A week off in Cuxland in October

Back home again after a week off in Cuxland. Only positive words about the holiday apartment. Quick and friendly contact and problem-free communication. On-site, there was a bright, spacious apartment, more than quietly located, with modern and well-maintained furnishings. There was truly nothing missing. We were even able to use the large balcony for a few hours of sunshine in mid-October. The apartment had detailed information about attractions, shopping, and restaurants. Super vacation apartment

Our first email contact was very friendly and engaging. One had the feeling as if they had known each other for a long time. And so our first meeting was also exceptional. Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the Lemke couple, the apartment was shown to us, and there was mineral water on the dining table as a greeting. The attic apartment is very bright, and there is a large covered balcony overlooking the beautiful large garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator. In addition to the microwave, there is also a coffee machine, toaster, and kettle. In the large living area, there is a dining table with 4 chairs, and the living area is integrated with a very cozy leather couch and 2 armchairs. The beds were made up and towels were available. A binder with information about Cuxhaven and the surrounding area was ready in the apartment.

We felt completely comfortable.

Relaxed vacation near the sea

The couple welcomed us kindly and was always approachable for suggestions and wishes, which is why we are now here for the second time. We felt comfortable from the very beginning and will definitely return soon. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped, leaving nothing to be desired, and it is only a 10-minute walk to the sea.

First Class Accommodation

The apartment had everything one could need; the furnishings were modern and cozy. The bicycles could also be securely stored. There was a detailed information folder available, as well as various brochures for activities and current events, and maps. There were also detailed descriptions for using the equipment. The hosts were very friendly and helpful.

Thanks to the unobstructed view, the large ships can be seen very spectacularly, even from our house. After the extensive conversion and renovation work on our house, we have also been able to offer a chic, lovingly furnished holiday flat since 2020. Would you also like to be in the front row?
