The modern villa Nea is located in the largest Istrian city and a cultural and historical gem, Pula. It's perfect for enthusiasts of modern architecture and boasts a top-quality 300 m² interior with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms that can accommodate up to 10 guests. Within the premises secured by surveillance cameras, there is an outdoor swimming pool with a sunbathing area, a barbecue with an outdoor dining area and a trampoline for the youngest, and from the balcony you can enjoy an impressive view of the Pula centre. The premises have a safety alarm system, and no parties are allowed in the villa.

On the ground floor of the house, you can immediately sense the spaciousness of the open-plan living area that combines the lounge, dining and kitchen areas. The modern furnishings and neutral colours provide a seamless flow throughout the space, accentuated by decorative touches in shades of yellow and beige. Abundant natural light streams through the wide glass walls on most days. The lounge has two cosy sofas and armchairs, a smart TV, and is perfect for socialising in air-conditioned comfort. Across the room is a large dining table that sits 10, with a child's seat available on request. The modern kitchen has an induction hob and is fully equipped, with top-quality appliances and a kitchen island where you can create culinary delights.

The luxurious bedrooms are arranged with 4 on the first floor and 1 on the ground floor. The design is modern and pleasant with neutral colours that help you unwind, and every room has air conditioning, a double bed, TV and desk. There are balconies with seats in 3 of the rooms, where you can enjoy the view of Pula while having your morning coffee. The ground floor room also has access to the pool lounge. In 3 of the bedrooms you will find an en-suite bathroom. There are a total of 2 bathrooms on the ground floor and 3 on the upper floor. The design is contemporary and minimalist, creating a luxurious atmosphere. Each bathroom has a walk-in shower, with personal hygiene products and a hair dryer provided. The 2 bathrooms on the upper floor feature elegant double sinks.

The yard, measuring 400 m², is reserved for relaxation, entertainment and spending time with loved ones. The swimming pool with stairs is the centre of most activities for adults and children, as well as the sun deck with outdoor shower and 10 sunbeds. There, you can lay in the sun while sipping on a beverage as the little ones play on the garden trampoline. A petite summer kitchen with a gas grill is available for communal dining in the Mediterranean breeze, and you can relish outdoor meals on the shielded terrace at a spacious dining table. After having a meal, enjoy a game of table football or darts. Exercise equipment is also provided for those who love an active holiday. Furthermore, there is a private car park within the property secured by video surveillance that can accommodate up to 3 vehicles.

While on holiday at Villa Nea, you will be in an excellent location for exploring Pula and its enchanting surroundings. The closest beach is less than 3 kilometres away, with Pula boasting stunning beaches like Havajsko and Gortanova uvala, celebrated for their clear waters and many coves. Pula is renowned for its array of Roman remains, so be sure to explore ancient gems such as the famous Pula Amphitheatre, the Temple of Augustus and the Arch of the Sergii. Visit the exceptional Brijuni National Park from nearby Fažana, which also boasts exquisite beaches. Remember to taste some of Istria's best dishes in one of the traditional taverns, so you can return to Villa Nea feeling full and happy at the end of the day.
