Outdoors, there is a private chlorine pool measuring 7 meters long and 3 meters wide, surrounded by a beautiful garden. The outdoor space also features a porch equipped with a table and chairs where you can enjoy a delicious barbecue, as well as a terrace with sun loungers to soak up the Mediterranean sun. The property is fenced and there are nearby neighbours.

Indoors, the living room is equipped with a TV and a selection of tourist books to help you plan your visits around the island. The kitchen-dining room, with gas stoves, offers a cosy atmosphere to enjoy meals with family or friends. The separate laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board for added convenience. The house has three bedrooms, all equipped with fans. Two of the bedrooms have twin beds each, while the third bedroom has a double bed and a cot available. Two shower bathrooms, one of them en suite, complete the indoor amenities of the house.
