Welcome to our beautiful holiday villa by the sea, located in Wijk aan Zee, North Holland. This villa of 160 square meters offers space for up to 5 guests, with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 2 x toilet.
The villa is surrounded by an enclosed garden, where you can enjoy the fresh air and the sun. There is a charcoal BBQ grill available for cozy summer evenings and a terrace to enjoy your meals outdoors. For your car, there are 2 x parking spaces available on the premises. Inside the villa you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and Senseo and Nespresso machine. There is also a washing machine and dryer available for your convenience. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa and a Smart TV for relaxing evenings. Many family games are available.
The 2 bedrooms are spacious and bright, including comfortable bedding. A cot and high chair are also available for the baby. There is also an iron and a hairdryer available.
The villa is a non-smoking accommodation and offers a low-allergen environment for your comfort.
The villa is completely sustainable, no gas but solar panels and a heat pump. Designed with a wooden exterior and glass details. The many windows provide plenty of natural light and views of the surroundings. The house is located next to the dunes and is 50 m from the entrance to the walking area through the Dunes where dogs are allowed to run free. Walking distance to the beach: 500m.

Very beautiful holiday spot and very centrally located.
The host is very nice and knows so many things to discover.
The beach is very close and you can easily walk there.
The garden is large and wonderful.

Hello, I am Petri, 61 Years and have lived here in the village of Wijk aan Zee for 18 years. I ran a vintage and design furniture shop until last year, but am now taking it a bit easier. i live next to the guest house and welcome you to our beautiful village and beach. You can swim, surf, kite, cycle and walk here. Cities like Amsterdam, Haarlem or Alkmaar are close by. Hope to see you soon!
