The lovingly and high-quality furnished flat "Bilge" is located in Haus Seute Deern, Warmbadstr. 6, directly next to the pharmacy on two floors and is approx. 54 square metres in size. The central location with short distances to the beach, Januspark, cinema, the water adventure pool are only one of the special features of this beautiful holiday flat.
The light-flooded living and dining area is located on the ground floor with a separate kitchen and hallway. The bathroom and the spacious bedroom with a large double bed and two windows with blinds are located in the basement, accessible via a staircase. In the living room, a high-quality sofa bed with mattress can comfortably accommodate two children. The living room has floor-to-ceiling windows and a cosy bay window. The flat is flooded with light. We can also provide a baby cot and high chair on request.
The kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, kettle and an oven with integrated microwave from Miele. Cable TV and radio are available. Washing machine and tumble dryer can be used for a fee. The designer flooring and tiles make the flat suitable for allergy sufferers. The flat is designed for two adults and 2 children. It is a non-smoking flat. Dogs and other pets are not allowed.
The generally accessible outdoor area is equipped with a seating area and can be used for relaxing/dining.
