Discover the charm of our holiday home Maja, located in Negenmeerten. With 60 square metres of living space, our holiday flat offers room for up to four guests. It has a kitchen, a living room, a bedroom, a children's room and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a WC suitable for the elderly and is ideal for families, long-term tenants and fitters.

The flat is equipped with a variety of amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. A parking space is available, which makes travelling by car easier.

The kitchenette is equipped with a kettle and coffee machine, so you can start your morning with a fresh cup of coffee or tea. Entertainment is provided by a TV in the cosy living room, which is furnished with comfortable furniture.

We are happy to provide a cot and high chair for our youngest guests. Thanks to the free Wi-Fi, you will always be connected during your stay. Long-term rentals are possible and please note that this is a non-smoking flat.

Our holiday home is ideal for allergy sufferers as we create a low-allergen environment. The bathroom is modern and equipped with a shower and washbasin.

The surrounding countryside invites you to explore. Enjoy the view of the nearby forest and green meadows directly from your window. Whether you are looking for a relaxing holiday in the countryside or an active holiday with lots of outdoor activities, the Maja holiday home is the perfect base. We look forward to your visit!

The Maja holiday home in Negenmeerten, in the municipality of Neuschoo, is a good 10-minute drive from the North Sea. From here you can make beautiful excursions to the East Frisian islands or to the nearer and further East Frisian country.
From Bensersiel you can travel to the island of Langeoog and from Neuharlingersiel to Spiekeroog, the green island.
Do you know the "Eternal Sea"? This is Germany's largest upland moor area, which invites you to go for a walk. Afterwards you can enjoy a cup of East Frisian tea in a cosy café.
Jever with its historic old town and the famous brewery, which can also be visited, is also worth a visit.
If you don't feel like driving, you can also relax in our large garden. Seating furniture with suitable cushions is available.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this apartment. A fee of €50 must be paid for cleaning. The cleanliness and tidiness of the apartment leave much to be desired. Upon my arrival, the landlord had to vacuum again. It was not sufficient. Therefore, I unfortunately cannot give a good recommendation due to the cleaning and cleanliness.

Herr Hörstel war noch garnicht in der Wohnung da hatte er schon was zu schimpfen und er meint er wohne ganz alleine und es wären wohl keine Kinder da. Dann meinte er die Wohnung
sei nicht sauber was nicht stimte da drauf hat Frau Sauer ihn angeboten er könne sich gerne was anderres suchen was er aber ablehnte. Wenn die Wohnung so dreckig war würde ich doch
sofort abreisen. Als Herr Hörstel nach 5 Tagen abreiste
da war die Wohnung voller weißer Hundehaare sei Hund sprang wie verrückt durch die Betten und Wohnzimmer und war nur am bellen worauf uns andere Gäste drauf ansprachen ob man das bellen nicht abstellen könne . Aber Herr Hörstel war ja nich da.
