Discover the holiday home Vrisoules Poolvilla in Methoni on the Peloponnese peninsula, a true paradise for up to 8 guests. With 120 square metres of living space, this house offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms, all equipped with modern comforts.

The house is surrounded by a beautiful palm and olive tree garden that invites you to relax. There you will also find a barbecue area, ideal for cosy evenings with family and friends. A highlight is certainly the swimming pool, which provides a welcome cool-down on hot days. There are parking spaces for your vehicle on the property.

The terrace of the house offers a breathtaking view of the sea and the surrounding countryside. Thanks to the air conditioning, the house is pleasantly cool even on hot days.

The kitchens are equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, kettle and coffee machine. Bed linen is provided and there is a TV (Smart TV) in the living room for entertainment. A washing machine, Wi-Fi, an iron and a hairdryer are also available.

Long-term rentals are possible and the house is ideal for non-smokers. Thanks to the low-allergen environment, it is also suitable for allergy sufferers.

INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR BOOKED HOLIDAY HOME COMPLEX
We warmly welcome you to our "Vrisoules Pool Villa" and would like to give you some information so
that you can experience a relaxing holiday.
HOUSE:
FURNISHING
Free Wi-Fi (local quality), 2x Smart TV, 2x Nespresso machines, 2x dishwashers, 2x ovens, 2x large refrigerators, 1x microwave, 4x air
refrigerators, 1x microwave, 4x air conditioning, 2x washing machines, enough dishes, glasses,
cutlery, pots and pans, etc.
CLEANING AND GARBAGE
The house will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival. All items intended for daily cleaning, such
as brooms, mops, vacuum cleaners and associated cleaning products, are in the house for your use.
The resulting rubbish must be disposed of in the green rubbish bin in front of the house. We will
ensure further emptying.
AIR CONDITION
The house is equipped with modern air conditioning. These are located in the three bedrooms and in
the living room of the upper flat.
LAUNDRY
Bed linen and towels, depending on the number of guests booked, are provided and changed once a
week.
There is also a washing machine in the house with which you can wash your personal laundry.
OUTDOOR:
GARDEN EQUIPMENT
For cosy hours, there is a covered seating area near the pool. This roofing is equipped with an awning
to protect against the low sun. Tables and armchairs, as well as sun loungers and parasols are
available for relaxing stay.
POOL
The pool, which is illuminated at night, is equipped with a modern sand filter system and is checked
daily for the purity of the water and serviced accordingly.
GRILLING
A spacious charcoal grill fireplace is available to our guests. The appropriate charcoal and the lighters
provided are available locally.
PARKING SPOTS
You can access the property through a sliding gate that can be operated via radio control. There are
two parking options available within the complex. There is a parking area at the beginning of the
property, but this has a slightly further entrance to the holiday home. There is also a second parking
option available directly at the pool area.
PLANTING
The pool area is planted with tropical plants, mainly palm trees and other garden plants. The property
is surrounded by several old live trees.
GENERAL:

We will provide you with two sets of house keys, including a radio remote control for the automatic
entrance gate, for the duration of your stay.

The village of Methoni is located on the Peloponnese peninsula in Greece. It is a magical place for people who want a holiday away from mass tourism. This place is characterised by its simplicity and more than a thousand years of history.
The beach is within walking distance. Many tavernas offer excellent service and food. In addition to the culturally interesting huge fortress with the castle of Methoni rising out of the sea, this location offers much more.
It is also the perfect starting point for excursions to the entire region with its many highlights and dream beaches such as the world-famous Voidokilia bay (nature reserve), golf courses, the castle of Pylos, the Nestor Palace, the island of Sapientza and much more. For night owls, the evening hustle and bustle in Gialova or Finikounda with its many bars and tavernas is also interesting.
