Description
Beautiful thatched villa in Sint Maartenszee, within walking distance of the Het Wildrijk nature reserve, dunes and sea.
Large garden, terrace with large table, teak furniture and garden chairs. On the ground floor there is the living and dining room, open kitchen, utility room, bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. Completely well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and large refrigerator plus utility room with freezer. In the utility room you will find a washing machine and dryer.
On the top floor there are two further spacious bedrooms (1 x double bed + cot and 1 x 2 single beds). Both bedrooms have a small sink in the room and fitted wardrobes. There is also a toilet on the floor. There is also a bathroom with a large sink and a spacious shower cabin. The bathroom has a small sauna with 5 high-quality infrared radiation installed in which you can relax.
Of course there is free WiFi and HD TV via cable with German TV programs.
Holiday park Anzelhoef
Villa Lachmöwe is located in Sint Maartenszee, on the coast of North Holland in a beautiful and quiet small villa park. The detached holiday villa is covered with thatch and exudes a lot of coziness.
The park is virtually car-free. Therefore very suitable for children. You have your own parking space directly at the house. A barrier at the entrance allows only one car per house to pass. If you arrive with several cars, parking spaces are available in front of the entrance, free parking. There is a small playground in the park. There is much to do in the area for children of all ages.
To prevent nuisance from pets, dogs, cats, etc., they are not allowed in the park.
Area Lachmöwe
The dunes and beach access are only 900 meters away. The Het Wildrijk nature reserve is within walking distance. The landscape invites you to bike rides and walks. In spring you will be surrounded by blooming and colorful tulip fields. A unique experience.
You can do your shopping in a small Spar supermarket, which can be reached in a few minutes on foot. A bicycle rental is also nearby. A large children's playground and a small amusement park "De Goudvis" can be quickly reached via the beach route.
Well-known places such as Callantsoog, Julianadorp, Schoorl, Bergen or Alkmaar and Schagen are nearby and can be quickly reached by bicycle or car. You can also take a day trip to Amsterdam (about 60 km / 55 minutes) or to the island of Texel (about 35 km / 1 hour by ferry).

We were warmly welcomed, the organization was good (handover of keys etc.). The house was very well equipped with everything necessary. In the information folder provided, we found many helpful tips about the house, excursions, and how to spend our stay.

The house and the furnishings were to our liking. It is equipped with everything you need (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, gas stove with extractor hood, electric grill, plenty of dishes, glasses, pots, and pans). The terrace faces south, and we enjoyed the sun. In April, it was very quiet and pleasant. There were six of us, and we had enough space. Only the deficiencies listed below slightly tarnished the holiday joy.
