Description
This detached holiday home is located in the pleasant North Holland coastal village of Callantsoog. A unique location, 50 meters from the beach and within a few minutes' walk you can reach the charming village center. The house is for 4 people in comfortable accommodation with the luxury of a spacious garden with grass and garden furniture with a view of the dune tops. You park your car in the street of the holiday home.

There are nice facilities and many activities organized in the vicinity of the Kierewiet holiday home. In Callantsoog, for example, you will find several restaurants and beach pavilions for a nice snack and drink. A supermarket is around the corner for any groceries.
The beach is within walking distance, where many activities are organized during the summer period. Such as a morning horse riding ride or learn to kitesurf at the local kitesurfing school. The many walking and cycling routes through the beautiful dune area lead you to nearby places such as Julianadorp aan Zee and Schoorl.

Es hat uns in Callantsoog sehr gut gefallen. Der Strand und die Umgebung laden zu ausgiebigen Spaziergängen und Radtouren ein. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder nach Callantsoog.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Callantsoog und Kierewiet 5, es hätte etwas sauberer sein können und die 2 Schränke in Küche/Essbereich sind nicht mehr schön/defekt

Das Haus hat eine sehr gute Lage. Der tolle Strand und der nette Ort mit Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiiten sind fußläufig erreichar. Im Garten findet man Sonnige und schattige Plätze. Grosser Tisch mit 6 Gartenstühlen und Grill vorhanden. Wohnzimmer mit gemütlicher Couchecke, Tisch mit 4 Stühlen. Bad ist von beiden Schlafräumen aus begehbar. Betten bequem. Separate Toilette im Eingangsbereich. Soweit alles gut. Leider hatten wir Probleme mit dem Ablauf der Spüle. Nach Nutzung gab es eine Wasserlache am Boden. Das Wasser war bis unter die Bodendielen im Schlafraum gelaufen. Damit es keinen grösseren Wasserschaden gibt, haben wir Spüle und Spülmaschine nicht mehr benutzt. Wir haben de kust informiert. Sie sagten, sie hätten das an die Vermieter weitergeleitet. Wir haben dann nichts mehr gehört und nochmal nachgefragt. Sie sagten, sie könnten die Vermieter nicht erreichen, wir sollten direkt Kontakt aufnehmen, da sie nebenan wohnten. Wir haben dann mit der Vermieterin gesprochen (ältere Dame). Sie war kurz mit im Haus und sagte, sie wolle Ihren Sohn vorbeischicken (Installateur). Danach hat sich keiner mehr bei uns gemeldet. Eine bessere Kommunikation bei Schadensfällen wäre hier wünschenswert gewesen.

Der im Garten vorhandene kleine Grill sollte entweder ausgetauscht oder zumindest entfernt werden, da dieser in einem sehr schlechtem Zustand und zum Grillen keineswegs mehr geeignet ist (total verrosteter Grillrost). Die Gartenmöbel bzw. der Gartentisch lädt auch nicht mehr unbedingt zum verweilen ein. Der Garten könnte vielleicht allgemein etwas mehr auf Vordermann gebracht werden. Des Weiteren wäre es gut, wenn ersichtlich ist bzw. ausgeschrieben ist, wo der Müll entsorgt werden kann. Aber all das sind nur kleine Hinweise von uns. Wir haben uns ansonsten sehr wohl gefühlt, waren mit allem sehr zufrieden und kommen auf jeden Fall gern wieder. Viele Grüße Fam. Kniffki
