Description
These villas are located in a park not far from the village center of Callantsoog and the beach (900 m), surrounded by (flower) fields and adjacent to a nature reserve. The style of these luxurious detached holiday homes is from grandmother's time. Thatched roof, white plastered walls and authentic shutters on the windows.
On the ground floor there is the living and dining room, open kitchen, utility room and toilet in the hall. The bedrooms, as well as the bathroom with bath, separate shower cabin, toilet and bathroom furniture, are located on the upper floor. A number of villas have 3 bedrooms, but most have 2 bedrooms. A large garden with outdoor terrace and parking for one car complete the picture.
Bungalow park 'De Buitenplaats'
The holiday park 'De Buitenplaats' (150 villas) with reception is very quiet and is only accessible to residents. The park is suitable for young and old, for couples or families, for those seeking peace and quiet, for beachgoers and for nature lovers. A small children's playing field has been set up in the middle of an island. Here, young children and their parents can enjoy, for example, the pirate ship, the football field, table tennis, Jeu de Boules and much more. You can sail, but also fish along the waterfront, so enjoy!

In the vicinity of the holiday home Buitenplaats 137 there are nice facilities and many activities are organised. In Callantsoog, for example, you will find several restaurants and beach pavilions for a nice snack and drink. A supermarket is around the corner for any groceries.
The beach is within walking distance, where many activities are organized during the summer period. Such as a morning horse riding ride or learn to kitesurf at the local kitesurfing school. The many walking and cycling routes through the beautiful dune area lead you to nearby places such as Julianadorp aan Zee and Schoorl.

Es war sehr erholsam, dank der ruhigen Anlage. Man kann super mit den Hunden im Wald, auf den Wiesen, zwischen den Dünen spazieren gehen. Auch am Strand sind Hunde gern gesehen. Das Haus mit eigenem Garten war toll. Ein paar Dinge müssten jedoch ausgetauscht werden, unter anderem die Badewanneneinlage oder die krumme Pfanne. Der Geschirrspüler bekommt das Geschirr nicht mehr wirklich sauber. Dafür sind aber die Waschmaschine und der Trockner top. Im Großen und Ganzen war es ein schöner und erholsamer Urlaub mit unseren vier Kindern und zwei Hunden.

Das Haus ist super und total ausreichend für eine große Familie … jedoch war das Hause bei Bezug nicht sauber, überall Spinnweben, der Boden und vor allem die Treppe dreckig … Geschirr war noch in der Spülmaschine und nicht sauber. Die Spülmaschine funktioniert nicht mehr richtig… ich empfehle dringend bessere Reinigungsarbeiten und eine neue Spülmaschine.

Der Zaun ist kein richtiger Zaun, man kann einen Hund nicht laufen lassen auf dem Grundstück (darauf hatte ich bei der Auswahl des Mietobjekts extra geachtet) Keine Gartenmöbel für die Terrasse, das Wetter war toll und wir konnten nur im Garten stehen
