Description
Not far from the village center and the beach, surrounded by (flower) fields and bordering the nature reserve, lies Buitenplaats 17. This holiday villa has recently been expanded and renovated. Old Dutch style (thatched roof, authentic shutters) and modern construction (sedum roof, bamboo finish) are beautifully integrated. The holiday villa is located on a spacious piece of land, 600 square meters, where a ditch forms the border with the nature reserve.
On the ground floor there is a large living-dining room with beautiful views. From the comfortable and cozy living room, French doors provide access to the terrace. A luxuriously furnished bedroom with bath and separate bathroom are also located on the ground floor. The bedroom has a beautiful folding facade so that you can bathe in the open air when the weather is nice. There is also a hall with toilet and a utility room downstairs. From the living room and bedroom you have a view of the nature reserve with many birds and grazing sheep. On the top floor there are three bedrooms and a bathroom with bath, separate shower and toilet.
Bungalow park 'De Buitenplaats'
The holiday park 'De Buitenplaats' (150 villas) with reception is very quiet and is only accessible to residents. The park is suitable for young and old, for couples or families, for those seeking peace and quiet, for beachgoers and for nature lovers. A small children's playing field has been set up in the middle of an island. Here, young children and their parents can enjoy, for example, the pirate ship, the football field, table tennis, Jeu de Boules and much more. You can sail, but also fish along the waterfront, so enjoy!
Area of Buitenplaats 17
In the vicinity of the holiday home Buitenplaats 17 there are nice facilities and many activities are organised. In Callantsoog, for example, you will find several restaurants and beach pavilions for a nice snack and drink. A supermarket is around the corner for any groceries.
The beach is within walking distance, where many activities are organized during the summer period. Such as a morning horse riding ride or learn to kitesurf at the local kitesurfing school. The many walking and cycling routes through the beautiful dune area lead you to nearby places such as Julianadorp aan Zee and Schoorl.

Wir kennen Nord-Holland und den Ferienpark von mehreren Aufenthalten und kommen immer wieder gerne. Der Park ist ruhig gelegen und bietet Gelegenheit für einen private n Individual-Urlaub. Wir gehen gerne lange Wege am Strand mit unserem Hund und schätzen die breiten und im Herbst recht leeren Strände. Speziell für Haus 17 möchten wir anmerken, dass das Bett / Matratze im Schlafzimmer zum Garten ( wo die Badewanne vor dem Schiebtüren-Element steht) total durchgelegten ist . Das war auch im vergangenen Jahr schon so ; ein Austausch ist notwendig. Danke an das deKust Team, dass jedes Jahr alle perfekt organisiert.

Wir waren mit Rollstuhl dort. Leider ist das Haus nicht barrierefrei. Zum unteren Badezimmer und Schlafzimmer befinden zwei Stufen. Wir sind trotzdem zurecht gekommen. Vielleicht könnte man in Zukunft eine Rampe im Haus deponieren, da die Eingangstür ebenfalls eine Stufe hat. Ansonsten ist das Haus sehr toll eingerichtet und komfortabel. Ein bisschen hat uns gestört, dass es für den Preis nicht ordentlich sauber übergeben wurde.

Wir haben uns generell wohlgefühlt in dem Haus und der Anlage. Die Analage ist hübsch und verfügt über einen schönen Spielplatz. Das Haus ist geräumig und nett eingerichtet, bietet ausreichend Stauraum und bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten. Was uns störte ist, dass es nicht gut gereinigt wurde. Wenn man etwas genauer hinschaute, fand man überall Staub, leichten Schmutz und Haare. Callantsoog war ein nettes Örtchen mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Es war problemlos zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad erreichbar. Der Strand ist toll!

Wir kennen den Buitenpark und seine Häuser von vorherigen Besuchen ; das gemietete Haus liegt besonders schön durch seine Randlage im Park und den Garten zur Naturgebiet; das Haus war zweckmässig eingerichtet und bietet ausreichend Wohnfläche; die Vermittlung und Vermietung über deKust war wie immer sehr gut und alles optimal vorbereitet; Vom Biutenplaats aus haben wir jeden Tag längere Strandspaziergänge, Radtouren oder Ausflüge in die Umgebung wie Julianadoorp, Den Helder Hafen oder das Fort , Schoolser Düne unternommen Wir kommen gerne wieder im nächsten Jahr . heel erg bedankt voor alles :-)

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Das Haus und der Garten waren total schön. Es war ein großer Esstisch vorhanden, sodass wir immer alle zusammen dort sitzen konnten. Mit dem Fahrrad war man schnell am Strand und im Ort. Alles prima!
