The beautiful Villa Giacomo with private pool is located above the village of Domus de Maria and offers a spectacular 180-degrees view on the surrounding hills.
Villa Giacomo is ideal for a large family or several couples as it offers 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms on two floors for up to 6 guests:
On the ground floor, there is a modern and well-appointed kitchen with dining area, a spacious living room consisting of two distinct sitting areas, a flat screen TV with satellite channels, a bathroom with shower. A few steps below this ground, there is a large double bedroom with an underground window.
The upper floor consists of two bedrooms, each with twin beds, and a bathroom with shower. Both floors have direct access to the lovely outdoors with various sitting areas, a covered terrace and a small garden.

The territory of Domus de Maria is characterised by a long stretch of coastline with sand dunes dotted with centuries-old juniper bushes and imposing granite peaks with lush forests and hills covered in Mediterranean scrub, releasing fragrant essences and vibrant colours. Built in the 18th century, the village now has a population of 1,700. The village and the coast come alive every year during the food fairs (goat, wild boar, figs and fish) and local festivals.
Another Domus marvel is the holm oak forests, conifers and Mediterranean scrubland of Is Cannoneris, an oasis for walkers. The green expanse stretches beyond the horizon and is crossed by a road and footpaths. The forest is a wildlife oasis with Sardinian deer and fallow deer. The flight of a golden eagle and a peregrine falcon is a marvellous surprise. The scenic attractions are endless - especially rocky shapes, steep cliffs, waterways, ancient trees and rare plant species such as enormous broom.

For Sale!
A fantastic place to spend a holiday. Big house. Big garden. Big pool. Great view. Really top. But... since there is a "for sale" sign on the door, not much maintenance has been done by the owner. The inventory of the house and garden needs replacing. If you can look past that, you will have a great time, but then the rental price should be lowered.
Patricia and her company are truly amazing! She made our holiday something unique. Recommended to do business with her!
