Holiday home Oliva is a traditional stone villa on the edge of the small village of Juricani. Although the house was built in 1920, it was renovated to a high standard in 2004 and now boasts a range of new and modern facilities that perfectly complement the traditional features of the original building. In a quiet, secluded location away from the hustle and bustle of the main resorts, this beautiful villa offers a tranquil retreat for those wishing to further explore the beautiful Istrian countryside. This detached villa is located 20 metres from the neighbouring villa (Casa Peronospora) and is set in its own manicured garden. The spacious living/dining area on the ground floor is comfortably furnished and has a dining table and chairs, ideal for relaxed meals with family and friends. The living area also has a pull-out sofa bed and a traditional wood-burning stove to create a cosy, homely atmosphere. The well-equipped kitchen has a range of modern conveniences and there is a spacious L-shaped bathroom/laundry room, complete with an old-fashioned freestanding bath. The upstairs bedroom on the first floor is comfortably furnished and spacious enough to accommodate a cot. There is also a new bathroom with shower on this floor in addition to the bedroom. Outside there is a terrace with a large outdoor barbecue and seating area, and on the other side of a path is the small outdoor pool (6 x 3 metres) in a beautiful garden surrounded by trees and flowers.
