The villa is surrounded by a spacious and well maintained garden with a variety of trees and plants and a paved terrace ideal for outdoor dining. The villa has a spacious rustic style living/dining room with tiled floor and a central table and 4 chairs, offering a relaxed and cosy atmosphere. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with two single beds, well equipped kitchen and a laundry room. The upper floor is reached by a spiral staircase, where there is a bedroom and a bathroom with bath and hand shower. Outside there is a paved terrace with large stone BBQ and a small garden with swimming pool 6m x 3m.
