Welcome to Kerstin's Zomerhuis, your ideal holiday destination for the whole family. Our charming holiday home is located in Egmond aan Zee in the Netherlands and offers space for up to 4 guests on 60 square metres of living space.
The house has two bedrooms, which are furnished with beautiful bed linen. The bathroom is equipped with towels and a hairdryer for your comfort. A cot and high chair are available for the youngest guests.
The fully equipped kitchen has a gas hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and crockery.
In the living room there is a dining area for 4 people, as well as 2 2-seater sofas, a TV and a DAB radio.
A terrace awaits you outside. Here you can enjoy the fresh air and spend relaxing hours outdoors.

A charming coastal town in the Netherlands, Egmond aan Zee.
Our summer house is a corner house with its own entrance. The dunes are about 50 meters away and the beach about 200 meters.
The center is about a 7-minute walk.
There is a public parking space in front of the house. This is chargeable. However, you will receive a digital parking card from us so you do not have to pay.

May I introduce myself? My name is Kerstin, I was born in Hamburg, lived in Berlin for 18 years and have been living in the beautiful fishing village of Egmond aan Zee since September 2008. Because of love, of course. I was born in 1962, but most of the time I feel like I was born in 1982. I've been married to my Hollie since 1997. I have been running a small bed & breakfast and a summer house since 2009. I like to spoil my guests with a delicious breakfast, and summer house guests can also be pampered on request. We have a dog, a chocolate Labrador, Joey, who loves guests and attention, and 2 cats, Oscar and Alma, who occasionally look after the garden. They also like to be stroked.
