The exteriors of the property are ideal to enjoy the southern climate. The interior of the apartment, located in a building with elevator and decorated in a modern and cozy style, is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. The kitchen is independent and has ceramic hob, plus all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. To rest you have two bedrooms, both with AC with heat pump. The first has a double bed, access to the balcony and en suite bathroom with bathtub, while in the second there are two single beds together. A bathroom with shower completes the property. If you are traveling with your baby, we can provide a crib and highchair.

This fantastic apartment is located in an exclusive urbanization very close to Mijas, a town known for its natural beauty and peaceful atmosphere. Here you can enjoy a wide variety of activities, from walks through beautiful natural parks that offer beautiful scenery and hiking trails to visit stores, bars and restaurants where you can enjoy discovering the delicious local cuisine. A little more than 6 kilometers away you will find the Butibamba beach, a golden sandy beach with crystal clear waters perfect for relaxing, sunbathing, enjoying the sea and, if you wish, practicing water sports such as paddle surfing, kayaking and water skiing.

There are two swimming pools, one is open all year round, while the other is open from 15 June to 15 September.
The paddle tennis courts are open from 8:00 to 22:00. To make use of them, it is necessary to reserve them at reception. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. There are parking space for 1 cars in the garage. Please note that the opening and closing dates of the communal pool are subject to community regulations and may vary depending on the season, without prior notice.
