Welcome to the old vicarage in Neustädt, near Gerstungen.
With a living space of around 350 square metres, our holiday home offers space for up to 16 guests.
Seven bedrooms, 6 of which have their own bathroom and shower, will make you feel at home.
In detail, there are 2 flat rooms for a total of 5 people, 3 bunk bed rooms for a total of 6 people as well as an optional attic room for 2 people and a single room. There is the option of adding a further guest bed and/or a baby cot in the two flat rooms.
The seven bedrooms are equipped with comfortable beds and fresh bed linen. For our youngest guests, we are happy to provide a cot and a high chair free of charge. Hand and bath towels are also provided.
Enjoy your morning coffee together in the stylish group room, or relax in the garden while your children play on the lawn. A fire pit and barbecue are also available for you to enjoy a cosy get-together. There is a free car park in the immediate vicinity. Your bicycles can also be safely stored with us - the bicycle garage with charging stations for e-bikes offers the ideal space for this.
Inside, a lovingly renovated half-timbered house awaits you, which has been stylishly furnished without taking away the dignity of this 150-year-old cultural monument. The fascinating original floor coverings - historic tiles and wooden floorboards - have been largely preserved and refurbished and, together with the restored clay plaster walls in all rooms of the half-timbered house, tell an interesting story.
In keeping with the principle of modernity meets history, all rooms and flats on the upper floor are functionally and comfortably furnished and equipped with a keyless and electronic access system.
The communal and multi-purpose rooms on the ground floor and the vicarage garden invite you to meet, socialise, enjoy and actively experience this unique and historic ambience. A comfortable communal kitchen and a dining room are available to all guests for self-catering.
The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, crockery, all kitchen utensils and an induction hob with extractor bonnet. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available.
The Alte Pfarrhaus Neustädt is a non-smoking house. Smoking is of course permitted outside.
Free WLAN and hairdryers are available in the rooms.

The old vicarage and Neustädt are located in the "green heart" of Germany, in Thuringia, directly on the Hessian border.
The Werratal cycle path and the hiking trails of the "green belt" are in the immediate vicinity
Surrounded by beautiful countryside, lots of green and you can relax in nature.
The cultural city of Eisenach can be reached by car in around 15 minutes. A multitude of historical sights await you here. First and foremost the Wartburg Castle, a World Heritage Site, the Bach House with Johann Sebastian Bach's baptistery, St George's Church, the Luther House, the Reuter Villa and the Automobile Museum. You can reach the "high sun" and the Rennsteig hiking trail via the Drachenschlucht gorge adjacent to Eisenach.
The nearby Brandenburg castle ruins near the village of Lauchröden, from which you can enjoy a marvellous view of the Werra valley, are also worth a visit. Brandenburg Castle has been part of the Thuringian Palaces and Gardens Foundation since 1994.
Numerous sights and activities await you in the surrounding area.
The central location with motorway access (A4, about 5 minutes' drive) offers numerous opportunities for excursions and explorations.
You can reach the state capital Erfurt via the motorway in just under an hour.
