The bedrooms are furnished with comfortable beds (160 x 200) and high-quality bed linen. Bicycles are available to explore the surroundings. A television is available for your entertainment and a washing machine is also provided. For the youngest guests, a high chair is available. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house and there is also an iron and a hairdryer. Long-term rentals are possible (with 25% discount) and the house is strictly non-smoking.

Location and surroundings of object
We are very close to Le Pradet and La Garde, 8 great public beaches nearby, 20 minutes by car to Hyeres (3 km of natural beach for windsurfing, kitesurfing, and wingfoiling). Climbing: deep water solos and about 1500 climbing routes in the area, plus the famous Calanques for fantastic hikes. Golf: the "de Valgarde" golf course is only 4 km (10 minutes by car) away. Tennis courts: several clubs in the area.
Our apartment is on the 1st floor. Stock (half a house), quiet location, helpful neighbors, and the street is private, so no traffic. All around lots of greenery, large trees. The house has no air conditioning, but is well insulated. All guests (see also Airbnb comments) have had a very nice time with us.

Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 4 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 4 days before check-in, you will be refunded 50% of the booking amount minus the price for the first night and the cancellation fee.

Holiday accommodation with everything one could wish for
The apartment is very cozy and lovingly furnished; everything needed and a bit more is available. All rooms have ceiling fans, so a draft can be created quickly. We often used the large terrace with sun protection as a dining area. We had very nice contact with the landlord; arrangements were uncomplicated, and all our concerns and wishes were taken into account. We felt very comfortable.

My wife and I rent out our main residence, a very quiet corner very close to Le Pradet, a large village with great beaches. The town is not far away and we shop by bike (piste very close).
