Location and surroundings of object
We are very close to Le Pradet and La Garde, 8 great public beaches nearby, 20 mn drive to Hyeres (3 km natural beach for windsurf, kite and wingfoil).
Our flat is on the 1st floor (half a house), quiet location, helpful neighbours, and the street is private, so no traffic. All around a lot of green, big trees. The house has no air conditioning, but is well insulated. All guests (see Airbnb comments) had a very nice time with us.

Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 4 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 4 days before check-in, you will be refunded 50% of the booking amount minus the price for the first night and the cancellation fee.

My wife and I rent out our main residence, a very quiet corner very close to Le Pradet, a large village with great beaches. The town is not far away and we shop by bike (piste very close).
