Fan of Mr Raabe's vacation rental
Not without reason we have been coming to le Pradet for years and have also remained loyal to Mr. Raabe's holiday apartment in Eden Park. The facility is superbly located, within walking distance of the beach and some good restaurants. In addition, the facility is carefully maintained and absolutely quiet.
And now to the apartment: it has recently been completely renovated, making it more modern, brighter, and more comfortable. There is enough closet space to store your luggage, the television has enough German channels, in short: everything, including the kitchen, is equipped with modern technology.
What is also worth mentioning is the absolute cleanliness! Thanks to Chantal, who takes loving care of the apartment and guests. If there are any problems, Chantal is there as soon as possible.
Once again, a heartfelt thank you for your helpfulness, dear Chantal! The owner, Mr. Raabe, can always be reached in case of any difficulties and is always friendly and accommodating. Thank you also, Mr. Raabe!
We have never been to any other holiday resort as often as in le Pradet in Eden Park, and it certainly won't be the last time!

Anytime again.
Since we have been to Eden several times before and have always liked it, we were amazed at how beautifully the apartment was renovated this year.
Everything is available for a peaceful stay in the accommodation, the apartment is great, only 5 minutes from the sea and the many hikes directly from the house, and only 20 minutes to the most beautiful climbing areas in Toulon.
As I said, anytime again!

Nice flat in a good location
The flat was very clean, well equipped and in a very good location close to the beach. The communication with the landlord and the reception by the contact person on site was great. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We were welcomed with crêpes, jam and a nice surprise. Mr Raabe gave us a lot of tips. We could have stayed four weeks. We would come back anytime.

Sono stato una settimana in questa sistemazione.
La casa ottima per due persone con due ragazzi e’ super accessoriata.
Comoda, vicino al mare, in un residence carino con piscina.
Non e’ di lusso ma pulita e adeguata ad una vacanza al mare.

We will always come back
We have stayed in this beautiful flat several times before. This time, however, we found an almost completely new interior. We especially enjoyed the new kitchen. The holiday home is located in a small sheltered complex, you can feel comfortable and safe there. The service on site and the contact with the landlord was, as always, wonderful.

Everything you need for a good holiday
Beautiful flat with spacious terrace in a well-kept complex with pool and tennis court. You only have to walk a short distance down the road to the beach. Two nice restaurants, a mini supermarket and a bakery are within walking distance. There are larger markets in the area, some of which are open until midnight. We visited other beautiful bays in LePradet and Toulon and made trips to Nice, Monaco and Hyères. The centre of LePradet can be reached quickly on foot or by car and offers cafés, restaurants and a weekly market. Small hiking trails, e.g. to the mine, are also in the immediate vicinity. Very varied area and good service on site (also German-speaking). We were there with three teenagers and our dog, we liked it very much.

Wir haben gut gefunden, dass Du Deine 3 Teenager so gut motivieren konntest, dass sie alles mitgemacht haben - und Ihr habt ja eine Menge unternommen - , und an den Bildern konnte ich sehen, dass es offenbar allen - auch Deinem Mann - gefallen - und gut getan hat!

Ich denke und hoffe, dass das Ein- oder Andere von Euch auch noch zu 'erforschen' ist - siehe all meine Berichte in meiner Web-Site www.edenpark-cotedasur.de ...ich denke da z.B. an die Lavendel - und Mimosen Blüte im Mai; Besuch der Esskastanienstadt Collobrières im Herbst, die Gorges du Verdon (das Grand Canyon Frankreichs), einen der vielen Freizeitparks, wie z.B. OK-Coral Western City und last not least die Camargue mit den schwarzen Stieren und den weißen Pferden, wo man auch als Laie mal einen Ritt wagen kann...
