Welcome to the Zum Winzer holiday home, a charming retreat in Güntersberge in the Harz Mountains. This spacious holiday home offers space for up to 4 guests in 80 square metres of living space, spread over 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 fully equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom.
The holiday home is equipped with a variety of amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Outside, you will find a beautiful garden where you can enjoy the fresh air and relax on the terrace with a covered seating area. A charcoal barbecue is available for barbecue fans (please bring your own charcoal). A covered car park is available in the driveway. Further public car parking spaces are available in front of the house.
The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, an oven with induction hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. The holiday home has a washing machine and tumble dryer in the outbuilding to make your stay even more comfortable. There is also a urinal in this building.
A cot and high chair are available for younger guests. Please bring your own cot blanket and linen. Children up to 3 years stay with us free of charge, please do not mention this when booking.
The surroundings of the holiday home are characterised by a beautiful landscape that invites you to explore. Enjoy the sight of blossoming flowers and ripe grapes right outside your door and let yourself be enchanted by the beauty of the Harz Mountains.

Weekend with friends
Hello,
we were there over the weekend with friends,
we hiked along the beautiful Selke (river) to Straßberg, the mountain lake invited us to swim, the mouse trap museum is great with a guided tour. The accommodation was very clean, nice that no animals are allowed in the house, you could feel that?
A beautiful garden + table tennis + grill + covered seating area, etc. Above all, we noticed the loving ❤️ decor, very well thought out, no frills. We would love to come back, also for a longer stay; then we would use the car to visit the many sights nearby.

Dear guests, after the death of our father, our mother moved to us in northern Germany in spring 2024 and we decided to modernise our parents' house and rent it out as a holiday home. This is located in the recognised resort of Güntersberge in the middle of the idyllic Selke Valley. The house is equipped with all the necessary comforts and is the right place for active holidaymakers and families as well as for people looking for peace and relaxation. Wonderful hiking areas can be reached on foot from here within a very short time. Directly in Güntersberge is the mountain lake, which invites you to swim in summer with a snack bar and boat hire. An ice cream parlour and a hotel restaurant can be found below the lake. Just a few steps from the hotel is the Mousetrap and Curiosity Museum, which is well worth a visit. The Harz narrow-gauge railway with its steam locomotive stops directly in Güntersberge. From here you can go on wonderful excursions through the Selke valley. The towns of Quedlinburg (World Heritage town), Thale (Hexentanzplatz, Bodetal), Wernigerode (castle) or Hasselfelde (western town Pullman City) are within easy reach by car.
