Discover your new holiday paradise – the Mövennest holiday home in Berumbur in East Frisia. With a generous living space of approx. 80 square meters, our holiday home offers space for up to 4 guests. It features two bedrooms, a bathroom and a guest WC, all equipped with the necessary amenities.
There are new certified smoke detectors in both bedrooms and hallways as well as in the living room. The heart of the house is the spacious living room with a bay window facing the sunny terrace. A fully equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, egg cooker, and coffee machine.
For cozy barbecue evenings, there is a BBQ grill that you can use in the private garden.
The holiday home Mövennest is also equipped with a washing machine, an iron, and a hairdryer. For our very young guests, we are happy to provide a baby bed and a high chair. Thanks to the free Wi-Fi, you will always stay connected, even on vacation.
The house has its own carport and parking space. Two bicycles (men’s and women’s) are available for use, ideal for excursions into the surrounding countryside. After an active day, you can end the evening in comfort.
Please note that the holiday home Mövennest is a non-smoking house. The beautiful architecture of the house, the high-quality furniture, and the lovingly selected furnishings create a pleasant atmosphere. Daylight floods in through the windows. The location in a cul-de-sac ensures plenty of peace and quiet.

In Berumbur, East Frisia, a quiet village with picturesque scenery. The gravel lake, which can also be used for swimming in the summer, is within walking distance. Nearby in the Hage spa center, there is an outdoor pool, a small indoor pool with sauna, and a tennis and mini-golf course, for a fee.
It is only a 10-minute bike ride to the nearest bakery in Hage. In Hage, there are various discounters for daily needs as well as good small restaurants, an ice cream parlor, etc. In Lütetsburg Castle Park, a beautiful, historic park awaits you with rhododendrons and 150 types of trees and shrubs.
You can drive about 7 km to Norden, where you can enjoy shopping, dine well, visit the Tea Museum, or stroll through the market on Saturdays.
In Norddeich, further attractions include the seal sanctuary, water park, and a sandy beach with a playground and, in the summer, beach chairs.

Super cozy vacation apartment
We were on site at the Mövennest for an extended weekend.
We really liked it; the description matches the holiday home.
We were thrilled with the tranquility and the cozy, good amenities.
The bathrooms were new and everything was very well maintained.
Smoke detectors were installed everywhere, and there is even a carbon monoxide detector, so there was nothing to complain about.
A beautiful area that can be explored well by bike.
We would love to come back.

Beautiful holiday home
We spent a lovely 2 weeks here. Commendable were, among other things, the cleanliness, furnishings, and loving decorations. The only thing we missed was smoke detectors.

Tut mir Leid, dass nur in den Fluren Rauchmelder waren. Die alten Rauchmelder waren nicht mehr zuverlässig und wurden entfernt. Neue Rauchmelder mit 10 Jahres Batterie sind schon gekauft und werden umgehend eingebaut.

Summer vacation 2025
Equipment:
Just as described, the house was top-equipped. Nothing was missing.
Location:
The house is located in a quiet area without traffic. However, very little was within walking distance. Shops, bakeries, or most restaurants could only be reached by car or bicycle.
Cleanliness:
The entire house was in an absolutely clean condition. It seemed as if everything was new.
Service:
Since everything was perfect, there is little to be said here. The ordered towels were sufficient and the beds were already made.
Price/performance:
For this very beautiful house, the price was absolutely fair.
