This luxurious villa is located in a small village Garica on the island of Krk. The villa is furnished in an exclusive modern style and has designer furniture, high-quality appliances, spacious rooms, a luxurious open-plan kitchen and tasteful architecture with marvellous views, both from inside and outside. The large rooms are modern and comfortably furnished and equipped to a high standard.
With three spacious bedrooms, three elegantly designed bathrooms and an additional toilet, this house offers plenty of space for a comfortable stay for family or friends. Each room is carefully decorated to create a relaxed atmosphere and ensure privacy.
On the ground floor there is a bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a double bed and a sofa bed, a kitchen, a living room with access to the pool and a guest toilet. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms and a sauna. All three bedrooms and living room/kitchen are air-conditioned. There are 6 air conditioning units in the villa.
Guests have access to a 47 m² swimming pool, a covered outdoor kitchenette by the pool with gas barbecue and fridge, outdoor dining and lounge sets and a lovely seating area with fire pit for evening hours. The house and garden design balances sun and shade to create naturally shaded areas and harmony to enjoy throughout the day.
The outdoor area of this home is a true paradise for relaxation. Enjoy the refreshing pool surrounded by a beautiful garden with lots of greenery. Here you can spend endless hours sunbathing, swimming or simply enjoying the peace and quiet.

During a holiday on Krk in Croatia, there are numerous beautiful villages, natural sites and historical attractions to discover.
One of the most beautiful places on the island of Krk is definitely Krk Town with its beautiful old town centre. The most interesting sights include the Frankopan Castle with its imposing fortress wall, the picturesque main square "Placa Vela" and the Cathedral of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary with its beautiful onion dome. On a walk through the historic centre, you can stroll through a labyrinth of stone alleyways, discover small boutiques and galleries and marvel at the unique medieval flair. The picturesque harbour, where cosy cafés, bars and restaurants invite you to relax, is also particularly pretty. The small town of Krk is only 10 kilometres away.
The smaller Rijeka Airport is located on the island of Krk, only 23 km from the villa. The airport transfer is free of charge.

- Free cancellation option until 60 days before the day of arrival.

Wir empfehlen den Abschluss einer Reiserücktrittsversicherung. Reist der Mieter vor dem vertraglichen Mietende ab, so steht dem Vermieter die gesamte Mietsumme zu.
