Villa Labin is an idyllic three bedroom family retreat located away from roads and neighbouring houses. It offers panoramic views and many facilities you would expect in a luxury boutique hotel. Villa Labin is a testament to quality in every detail.
Beautiful pebble beaches are located in the town of Rabac, just a few minutes drive from the villa. The long coastal promenade "lungo mare", the delightful medieval town of Labin on the hill above Rabac and large green areas offer numerous leisure activities. Excellent local wines, cuisine and restaurants will make your stay more than pleasant.
Villa Labin exterior includes a heated 11 x 5m pool and lush green lawns. The location of the villa and the 2000 m2 garden guarantee peace and privacy. The property is completely dog proof fenced.
The pool facilities are equipped with the latest technology. The pool is heated free of charge to a temperature of 28º C. The heat pump heated pool allows the pool to be used in early spring and autumn and allows a constant temperature up to 28 degrees all year round. The fully automatic pool cover protects children and pets from accidents and involuntary baths. The pool works by salt water electrolysis, reducing chlorine production to 10%, compared to traditional chlorinated water pools. As a result, you will not notice chlorine odor, nor experience skin or eye irritation. The salt content is 6 times less than that of sea water.
In the villa there are children's games such as rackets for badminton, beach ball, etc. The automatic irrigation system ensures that the lawn is always green and is ideal for children's games. In the village of Zartinj there is a small children's playground about 200 meters from the villa.
The villa is furnished in an exclusive modern style and has designer furniture, high quality appliances, spacious rooms, a luxurious German open-plan kitchen and tasteful architecture with magnificent views, from inside and outside. The large rooms are modern and comfortably furnished and have amenities that meet upscale standards.
All bedrooms of the holiday villa are equipped with air conditioning, as well as the living room and kitchen (total 5 units air conditioning). In addition, the villa has free wireless internet for your convenience.
The large kitchen is very spacious and equipped with stove, microwave, built-in refrigerator with ice maker and dishwasher, all appliances of the best brands. The large living room has a leather corner sofa next to a massive stone fireplace. Of course, there is no lack of a flat screen TV with 55" and satellite connection.
King size master bedroom and queen size box spring beds make your nights as comfortable as you spend your days. Soaking tub with self heated whirlpool and landscape views is located in the large bathroom. The upstairs bedroom has a private bath with massage shower, soft-close toilet and sink.
Huge 4 meter sliding doors lead to the covered terrace. Here you can enjoy Mediterranean meals. From the large balcony you have a 180 degree view of the rolling hills and the old town of Labin.
To keep you warm in winter and cool in summer, Villa Labin is insulated for all seasons. Throughout the house the floor is heated.
Due to the large distance from other houses and the many green areas, your privacy and peace are protected. The garden and pool are south facing, next to a large green with incredible and uninterrupted views of the distant Ucka mountain, the medieval town of Labin, the Ubas peninsula, the bay of Rasa and neighboring vineyards and olive fields.
There is a large parking space for at least 5 cars.
Villa Labin is designed for up to two couples with 2-4 children. There are two very large bedrooms out of a total of three bedrooms. Due to lack of privacy, a sofa bed is recommended for children.

The very beautiful small medieval old town of Labin is only 4km away. Four large supermarkets are in Labin and there are several small shops. There are also many restaurants.

Labin, founded by the Illyrians, was called Albona by the Romans. When Venice took control of the town in the 15th century, strong fortifications were built, to which a round tower was added a century later.
The main square will delight you with its loggia from the 16th century, as well as the main gate of St. Flor. A stroll through Labin will take you past the Old Hospital and the Negri Palace to the Chapel of St. Carmel, which is also the highest point in the town. From afar, the bright red Battiala Lazzarini Palace, which is now the town museum, will attract your attention. Walking through the town you will see an old Austrian cannon and discover even more interesting things. Over the decades, the former medieval town has become a popular artists' and gallery town.

If the tenant cancels 3 weeks before the start of the rental period, they remain liable for 80% of the agreed rental sum, unless an alternative rental under the same conditions is possible during the stipulated rental period. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. If the tenant departs before the contractual end of the rental, the landlord is entitled to the entire rental sum.

Well-behaved dog is welcome in the holiday home. The property is completely dog-proof fenced. The villa is surrounded by green spaces and hiking trails where you can walk with your dog every day.
Sorry but youth group, group and group of 3 couples are not welcome in our house. The holiday house is a family retreat with three bedrooms. Villa Labin is designed for up to two couples with 2 children. There are two very large bedrooms out of a total of three bedrooms.

Great! Absolutely top-notch! A villa where everything is perfect all around! Gladly again!
It was an unforgettable vacation with the family in the Villa Labin.
There was nothing missing! The villa is simply great equipped. Even the basic equipment of the kitchen is just great, oils, vinegar, spices, ..... everything is there.
We arrived, were warmly welcomed and felt comfortable from the first minute.
The pool is simply fantastic.
We can absolutely recommend the villa!!!
