Welcome to Agriturismo Vellaneta, your perfect holiday home in Cagli in the Marche region. This charming holiday home offers space for up to 2 guests in 45 square metres of living space and has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom.
Surrounded by lush vegetation and breathtaking landscapes, the property offers an idyllic atmosphere that is perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Enjoy the peace and beauty of nature from the terrace or relax in the beautiful garden, which is equipped with comfortable garden furniture.
A BBQ grill is available for barbecue lovers and there is a refreshing swimming pool for the warm summer days. A car park is also available, so you don't have to worry about parking your vehicle.
The kitchen is equipped with a 4-ring hob, freezer, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and crockery. An extractor bonnet provides fresh air while cooking.
For your comfort, bed linen and towels are provided and a washing machine and tumble dryer are available for your laundry. There is a cot for the youngest guests and other amenities such as an iron and hairdryer are also available.
Long-term rentals are possible and the house is exclusively for non-smokers. The house is also allergy-friendly.

Location and surroundings of object
Agriturismo Vellaneta is an oasis of peace and tranquillity in unspoilt nature, surrounded by cornfields, olive groves, sunflowers, fruit trees and woods. It is a paradise for hiking enthusiasts and marvellous hiking trails lead through a dreamlike panorama. There are also wonderful trails for mountain bike enthusiasts. Vellaneta offers a wonderful view of the highest peaks of the Appenine mountain range: Monte Petrano, Monte Nerone, Monte Catria and Monte Acuto. This 65-hectare estate, situated at an altitude of 550 metres, was once home to farming families who worked the land. The stone farmhouse, where several families lived, and the hay barn, both dating back to the 18th century, have been faithfully restored, preserving their characteristic style.
We are about half an hour's drive from the sea, near Fano, just an hour's drive from the Umbertide and Conero golf courses! In addition to a pool in a panoramic position, there is also a jeu-de-boule, an archery course and a dartboard.
For all our guests there is a spacious, tastefully furnished lounge on the ground floor of the main house, with a library, a piano, a fireplace and cosy corners for reading and relaxing. From the lounge there is access to a large veranda with a marvellous view over the mountains and the garden, where you can enjoy a glass of good wine in the evening and watch the sunset.
There is also a panoramic swimming pool with sun shower, a bowling alley, an archery range, a barbecue, a laundry room with washing machine, ironing board, iron, WI-FI, car park.
On request it is also possible to have dinner or lunch here: Alessandro, the Italian owner, is an excellent cook who loves to prepare delicious dishes, pasta, meat and fish. Cookery courses are also organised if there is sufficient interest. For more information: agriturismo.

Vellaneta is the most beautiful place in the world, where we have been welcoming guests from many countries for more than ten years now. As you can also see in our guest book, there are many who like to come back here. Alessandro is a passionate cook (it runs in the family!), the "boss" who occasionally likes to spoil his guests in the evening with a delicious dinner, a barbecue or a picnic at sunset up on the mountain. It's always beautiful here: in spring, when everything is growing and blooming, in summer, on warm and sultry evenings, with the nostalgic music of the crickets and the beautiful starry sky, the warm autumn colours, and the snow in winter, when all you can see is animal tracks on the large white carpet..
