Welcome to our fine Watt 'n Meer holiday flat.
The high-quality and lovingly furnished 50m² flat is located on the upper floor and is suitable for max. 4 persons
suitable.
In a few minutes you can walk to the beach or the harbour and just as quickly to the town centre for strolling and shopping. The flat is located in a quiet side street but is still very central.
Equipped with high-quality solid beech wood furniture, there is a sofa bed (140 x 200 cm) in the living area with a high-quality spring mattress for good lying and sleeping comfort. For little North Sea fans, there is a high chair and a travel cot with additional mattress, which can be placed in the bedroom or in the living area.
A comfortable relaxing armchair invites you to read and linger. For entertainment there is a TV with
Blu-ray player, while you can relax and listen to music via the Bose soundbar and enjoy your stay in this beautiful flat.
Want to keep in touch with family, friends or work? No problem! Free WLAN access is available in the Watt'n Meer holiday flat.
The dining area with four cosy upholstered chairs invites you to linger over lunch or play games in the evening.
The fully equipped fitted kitchen with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment offers all the amenities you need to enjoy your holiday. There is also a kettle, toaster, coffee machine (Senseo Switch), egg cooker, blender and an electric grill. Of course, sufficient cooking utensils and crockery are also provided.
You won't get cold feet with us! If the weather is not so good, we have hidden underfloor heating under the designer floor in the living area and bathroom.
Our little guests can play on the pleasantly warm floor without any worries.
The beautiful bathroom has a washbasin, WC and a shower with low entry.
A towel warmer provides pleasantly pre-heated bath towels after showering. The furnishings are complemented by a mirror cabinet and, of course, a hairdryer. The underfloor heating also ensures a cosy atmosphere here.
In the bright bedroom, a mosquito net keeps the little pests away in summer. A bedroom wardrobe and chest of drawers provide plenty of storage space for your clothes. The high-quality mattresses and duvets in the 180 x 200 cm double bed are suitable for allergy sufferers.
The entire flat is equipped with electric shutters.
The flat has a balcony with high-quality garden furniture that invites you to linger. In fine weather, the electrically operated awning provides pleasant shade.
In the storeroom you will find the washing machine, clothes horse, hoover, an iron and an ironing board.

Vacation by the Sea
Lovingly and cozily furnished apartment. Top location. Close to the beach and harbor. Still very quiet. Price and performance are perfectly fine.
