The newly built terraced house on 2 floors is located at the entrance of El Vergel, in the immediate vicinity of various shops, supermarket and only 5 minutes by car from the sandy beach of Deveses and Almadrava beach.
The 2-storey semi-detached house has been tastefully furnished and offers a lovely ambience. A private terrace, partly covered, offers an outdoor dining area, a cosy sofa corner and a private pool. On the lower floor is the living area with modern kitchen and guest toilet and on the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The holiday home offers central air conditioning and free Wifi on both floors.
The convenience and proximity to the beach, shopping facilities, sports activities, places to go out, sights and culture make this a suitable holiday home for a relaxing holiday.
