The house Doble Diez consists of 2 independent floors, which are connected by an external staircase. The property is situated on the hill above the famous Las Rotas beach, on a winding road, and offers a fantastic 270º view of the sea, the bay and castle of Denia, the harbour and the mountains. Various terraces invite you to relax, swim and barbecue. The interior is tastefully and comfortably furnished, the whole house conveys a cosy and Mediterranean impression. At the entrance to the property there is a wonderful, covered terrace with a large dining area, barbecue, outdoor kitchen and sofa, which offers an impressive view of the entire surrounding area and the sea. On the other side of the house is the private pool surrounded by a wooden deck and 4 sun loungers. The centre of Denia, supermarkets and various shopping facilities are around 10 minutes away by car. Las Rotas stone beach and the beautiful promenade with several well-known restaurants are also just a 5-minute drive away.

Please note that a deposit of € 500.00 is required for this accommodation.
