As you enter, you step into the spacious hall, which provides access to all rooms.
The beautiful living room has a cosy sitting area where you can relax on the sofa or armchair, as well as a dining area. From the dining area you look directly into the neat, open-plan kitchen, which is equipped with a 4-burner induction hob, fridge with freezer compartment, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The bedroom is located directly to the left of the hallway. This very spacious and tasteful bedroom has a comfortable double bed and a large wardrobe. The neat bathroom on the right-hand side of the hallway has a washbasin, a walk-in shower and a toilet. You can park your car on your own property or on the street.

This spacious and cosy flat is located in the middle of the historic centre of Huisduinen and close to the beach, dunes, dike and sea on the ground floor of a large house. From the flat you can easily walk to the beach and various restaurants. You can reach the supermarket, the Willemsoord event location and the centre of Den Helder in 10 to 15 minutes by bike or car.

Very nice vacation apartment with a good location
A very nicely furnished and well-equipped holiday apartment. We spent a wonderful summer vacation here. The location is quiet and the surroundings invite relaxation. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The rental is now managed by an agency. Unfortunately, the holiday apartment was not in the condition we expected due to the cleaning costs upon our arrival. The kitchen fronts were dirty, there were still baking residues in the oven, the cabinets were dusty, there were lint and cut fingernails on the bathroom floor, and the carpet in the bedroom had not been vacuumed. Subsequently, the agency contacted us and explained that they had not carried out the final cleaning in this case and therefore had no knowledge of the condition of the apartment. Additionally, it was pointed out that we should have reported deficiencies within 24 hours so that a follow-up cleaning would have been possible. This is a valid point. However, after the long journey, we were very exhausted and just wanted to move into the vacation apartment, which is why we opted not to. Despite this unfortunate start, we had a very nice summer vacation and enjoyed our stay very much. We would come back and hope that the apartment will be handed over in the clean condition that can be expected given the cleaning costs charged.
