The small holiday park Podere Capannoli is located very close to Pisa. Sitting on a lounger under one of the large parasols, you can enjoy the view of the surrounding area, with the many cypresses and pine trees that are so typical of this area. Sports lovers don't need to be bored here either. In the park itself there is a wonderful tennis court, in Castelfalfi (20 km) an 18-hole golf course and in Pontedera (10 km) a riding school. The little ones have a great time on the play equipment and under the pine trees. Podere Capannoli consists of 9 comfortable bungalows built together and a few small chalets. The bungalows are located next to the shared swimming pool with a diving board and a separate children's pool. The terraces of the bungalows are separated by small walls and the gardens by a hedge, so there is enough privacy.
Your air-conditioned accommodation has a pool view, a living room and a bedroom on the ground floor, as well as an open sleeping gallery with a double bed.
In order to get to know "la dolce vita" even better, cooking courses with Tuscan cuisine are offered on site, informative walks through the in-house garden with fruit and vegetables, and wine tastings.
Chef Mike offers the following courses, for which you can register on site (payable on site):
- Course A: Preparation of homemade pasta with a final two-course menu + homemade dessert + wine and drinks €90.00 per person + kitchen apron as a souvenir
- Course B: Preparation of pizza with a final dinner with three types of pizza + homemade dessert + beer €90.00 per person + kitchen apron as a souvenir
We particularly recommend a visit to the restaurant, where you can savour delicious local cuisine.
Your dog is also very welcome here. Please keep your dog on a lead in the communal areas.

From here you can reach the most famous cities in Tuscany in no time, such as Florence (55 km), Pisa (30 km), Volterra (25 km), Siena (55 km) and Lucca (40 km). Pisa is of course known for its leaning tower. Galileo supposedly dropped objects from this tower to study the properties of falling. Next to it is the magnificent cathedral and the baptistery. The most characteristic street, however, is probably Via Santa Maria, which connects the Piazza del Duomo with the Arno. The huge buildings still reflect the splendor and splendor of earlier times.

Arrival was neat with a nice welcome from the host who took the time to go through everything. Cottage was large and wonderful that you can sit in front and behind. House is a bit dated with an old kitchen and bathroom but maybe we Dutch are critical. Location is great on top of a hill and between the vineyards. Neighbors also sell a delicious wine. Pisa, Vinci, the coast and Florance very well accessible. Still a separate mention for the restaurant, small menu but great dishes. If such a restaurant is nearby I would certainly eat here more often.

Nice place to go. Good location to sights such as Pisa, Lucca, Livorno, the coastal region, small villages in beautiful Toscane.Huisjes a bit outdated and some renovation needed in the future. Pool well nice, but also some older chairs and edge of pool piece. Great football field, but playground is no longer there or not in good condition. Very hospitable family who opens the complex. Very nice food in the restaurant. Beautiful environment!

A neat welcome by the host, and he was available for questions during the week. The accommodation is fine, both the grounds and the cottages are well maintained and equipped with the necessary amenities. Only the hot water in the shower and kitchen was minimal. In a hot summer this will not be a problem, at the beginning of May this was a pity. The restaurant that belongs to the accommodation serves good food in a nice setting, and people from the area come here to eat food. The surroundings are beautiful. There is a lot to see and taste. We received an overview of places in the wide range with tips from various catering locations, museums and tourist attractions.

The cottages were superb, well decorated and everything present. The pool was fine, the beds were fine. It is a kind of small park with 8 houses out all located around the pool. So you can every moment of the day a dip. There were plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. Sometimes when everyone was out for a day, we had the pool all to ourselves. The small restaurant was present at the park fine little choice but the food is fine. Also very nice hosts, if anything it was immediately arranged. We were with our daughter and her friend of 17 and who have a lot of fun, wanting to return again next year. The setting is beautiful and the property is located in Tuscany in a very quiet place. Perfect for trips as it is centrally located to all increasing. We have been a day trip to Siena surrounded by the Tuscan countryside, everyone recommended, been a day trip to Florence and an afternoon to Volterra to Pisa and yes of course, and if actually surprise the town of Lucca where the girls have shopped delicious. So highly recommended !!!!!!!

Fine place. Especially with small children. Restaurant is quite good, and baby monitor away from the cottages. Unfortunately the kitchen apartment itself a drama. From 1980. Also strange to € 60 extra to have to tick off for air conditioning. Staff is very friendly and well maintained grounds rages. Was a nice holiday.

Podere Capannoli is an ideal place for a holiday in Tuscany. Both in terms of location relative to cities like Florence, Pisa and Siena and to relax by the pool is perfect. The cottages are simply furnished, but everything you need is available. The restaurant is conveniently located close to and in addition to great food for a reasonable price.

We had booked this property because of the small scale, tranquility and warmth radiated it. The cottage which we were allocated initially looked neat, spacious cottage with clean interior and it looked clean. Smoke some musty bedroom, it turned out that there was a large wet spot behind the wardrobe. After the youngest to have to sleep we opened the room and there was a very nasty stale air. After the owner has to have called in showed that there was a line spoken and it was repaired and drogen.Wij had asked for another house because we think it is unhealthy for our children to sleep in here. There was to be arranged and we got another house, unfortunately this was worse. Rust and mold in the refrigerator, mold in the bathroom and kitchen. Old wasp nests bedroom, leaking toilet and smelly air in one of the bathrooms. Again, the manager called in the refrigerator he could the day after it cleaned again and the toilet was a plumber the next day. Us it was all very laconic about and we have planned to pack our stuff and tried to call Belvilla another accommodation to zoeken.Wij but d

We as a family had a great fun vacation. Very friendly we were received and the accommodation was good. Nice views and a lovely pool. The park is centrally located to explore the beautiful Tuscany. The park has also a restaurant where you can eat.

Nice small complex. Everything is nearby and staff are very friendly and helpful. Though not all of them speak Engels.Ideaal for us as a young family, was that the pool and restaurant are baby monitor away. The restaurant is open all year. The menu is not very extensive, but good.
