Stylish and well-equipped holiday home with a large roof terrace, from which you can enjoy the 360-degree view of forest and water. 250 m from the sea. Great holiday home from 2022 with roof terrace and view. Here you can enjoy breakfast with honey from a nearby farm shop and cozy up in the large living room with open kitchen on the first floor. On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed, and a bathroom with shower. Only 250 meters from the coast. Not far from the cabin, there is an opportunity to rent a boat and explore the fjord on your own or have exciting fishing trips. In the cottage area, there are tennis courts, bowling alley, volleyball court and a nice playground. If you don't drive a boat yourself, you can use a taxi boat or take a trip with Øysangferja, Norway's oldest wooden boat ferry, which runs between Øysang and Risør. Experience Risør's characteristic white wooden houses, saltwater aquarium, and restaurants, and take part in one of the many events and festivals, such as the wooden boat festival in August. Within walking distance there are fine, small sandy beaches both on the lake and the sea. At Jegertunet holiday center in the neighborhood there is a heated outdoor swimming pool open in summer, restaurant, kiosk, and an interior design shop. At Stabbestad, 20 km away, there is a spa hotel and golf course as well as a mini-golf facility, as well as a beach club, harbor pool and kayak rental on the fjord. A visit to the small towns Kragerø in the north and Tvedestrand in the south can also be recommended. If you are considering a long weekend of relaxation in the winter outside the major winter destinations, this cabin can be recommended. Possibility of cross-country skiing on the illuminated trail at Søndeled (12 km). Vegårshei Ski and Activity Centre, 25 km away, with an alpine slope is recommended. “The Little Zoo” at Brokelandsheia with Norway's largest rainforest is only 20 km away.

The house was perfect for our group, with lots of space to relax after a day of exploring, We particularly loved the proximity to Risør and its charming wooden houses, A delightful stay overall!

We had a great time at this holiday home in Søndeled! The open kitchen and living area were perfect for our group, and we really enjoyed our breakfast on the roof terrace, It was so nice to wake up and see the forest and water all around, Everything was clean and well-equipped—I mean, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, The only downside was the WiFi was a bit slow at times, but we were too busy enjoying the boat rentals nearby to care much, Plus, being so close to Myggbukta Beach was a major win! Can't wait to come back!
