Villa Mavi, a newly built Villa situated in the calm area of Drage in Pakoštane, is an amazing place to spend your vacation in. This home away from home offers peace and quiet, but is well connected to take you anywhere with just a short drive.
Villa Mavi is on a completely fenced property and features a two-floor house and a spacious outdoor are with a swimming pool, barbecue area and a covered terrace.
On the ground floor you will find an amazing open concept space with a living room, a dining room and a kitchen, as well as a guest toilet. There is also one bedroom on the ground floor. It has a double bed, a TV, an en-suite bathroom and it`s own individually controled air conditioning.
There are three more bedrooms on the first floor, all of them with a double bed and, same as the bedroom on the first floor, they all have their own en-suite bathrooms, TV`s and A/C`s.
A perfect refreshment can be found in the pool, also, situated n the back of the garden. There you can enjoy a swim, or just relax on a sunlounger and absorb the sun. Near the pool, there is a BBQ area. Preparing a family meal there will bring you together, and you can all enjoy it on a covered terrace in the front part of the house.
Villa Mavi offers 5 free parking spaces on the property, SAT TV and Wi-Fi.
