Welcome to the holiday home Süderpiep 5b in Friedrichskoog-Spitze on the North Sea! This cosy holiday home offers space for up to 4 people on 60 square metres of living space. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, as well as a guest WC on the ground floor, ideal for families or small groups.
You can enjoy the fresh North Sea air in our beautiful garden, which is equipped with a charcoal barbecue - perfect for summer evenings. A car park is available and the terrace invites you to relax.
The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. A television is available for your entertainment and a washing machine is also available. For our youngest guests we have provided a cot and a high chair.
The holiday home offers free Wi-Fi, and for your convenience we have also provided an iron and a hairdryer. The holiday home is available for long-term rentals and is particularly suitable for non-smokers. In addition, we have taken care to create a low-allergen environment.
The North Sea coast behind the dyke at the holiday home is the Wadden Sea, with impressive ebb and flow and the green beach. Small animals such as hares, rabbits, pheasants and hedgehogs often join you in the morning on the property within view. The tamping of the turf is part of the dyke maintenance and flocks of sheep regularly turn up. You can also simply enjoy the peace and tranquillity of nature with a view of the dyke.

Located in Friedrichskoog-Spitze on the North Sea.
Half of the semi-detached holiday home on a 900 m2 plot is divided into
- Ground floor: living room with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and terrace with direct view of the dyke; guest WC, storage room, patio furniture and high chair for children are available,
- First floor: 2 bedrooms with double beds for 4 persons with additional cot, bathroom with shower/WC.
The large lawn offers plenty of space for children to play.
Car parking space available.
Although it is only a short walk from the holiday home to the beach or the spa and entertainment facilities, our holiday home is in a very quiet location and offers pure rest and relaxation.
The other half of the house is used by us as a private holiday home.
Special notes:
After Easter 2024 and 2025, the dyke in Friedrichskoog-Spitze is to be raised.
This will involve extensive construction work and presumably noise emissions during the day. The construction work will be carried out in sections with the dyke closed.
As far as we know at present, our property will only be marginally affected.
You can follow the planned status of the changes on the Internet at "https://friedrichskoog-auf-neuen-Wegen.de".
Furthermore, a free shuttle bus will take guests to the beaches of neighbouring villages if required.

My husband and I have always wanted to observe the North Sea up close. In particular, we admire the power of nature: standing on the dyke in autumn or in winter during storms and letting the forces of nature have their effect on us, not just on a short visit but also over several days and ... of course, the opportunity to quickly return to the cosy warmth of our holiday home and shake off the cold. We have always been impressed by the vast expanse of water, the view into the infinity of the horizon. And to realise how small and insignificant we humans are.
