On the first floor, Villa features two bedrooms that share a balcony with beautiful view on the Zadar archipelago, bathroom and a second living room / library/ game room/children interior playground.
The entire villa offers 5 bathrooms - 2 with bathtub, toilet and washbasin, 2 with shower, toilet and washbasin, as well as the metioned guest toilet with toilet and washbasin.
