Swimming pool (together with RE5): 10 x 4 x 1.2 m open from 11.5.-15.09.
The cottage is located in the well-kept garden, approx. 10 m from the main house.
Private terrace in front of the entrance to the cottage with sun canopy, dining table, garden furniture, sun loungers.
Barbecue.
Separate entrance. Car park on enclosed property, gate with remote control.
Facilities: 4-burner hob, toaster, fridge with freezer compartment, small oven. SAT-TV, filter coffee machine.
Internet-W-Lan is available free of charge.
Shared freezer on the veranda of the main house.
Shared washing machine for an extra charge, €4 per wash.
Fly screens on the windows.

In Roselle, Tuscany, a charming farm with a rich history, in whose garden stands the small holiday home.
In the plain of the Maremma, 2 km from Roselle, the former farmhouse Plinio is situated in the middle of cultivated land in a quiet location, with a beautiful wide view over the countryside. It is situated in a secluded position on 7000 m² of well-maintained, fenced grounds with lawn, flowers and trees around the house. A flat (RE5) is rented in the main house, as well as the separate cottage RE6 Casa Pollaio. Grosseto is 8 km away and the sandy beaches between Marina di Grosseto and Castiglione are 20 km away. In Roselle you will find restaurants and shops of all kinds. There is a riding stable nearby.
