Welcome to holiday home Baum in Lemmer, Friesland! This charming holiday home offers space for up to 4 guests in its 90 square metres of living space. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a large walk-in shower and separate WC, perfect for families or small groups.
The holiday home is equipped with all the comforts you need for an unforgettable stay. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave and oven combination, kettle and coffee machine so that you can prepare your meals as you wish. A television is available for your entertainment and the house has a washing machine for your convenience. A baby high chair is also available.
The Baum holiday home impresses with its cosy interior and modern design. The large windows let in plenty of natural light and offer a marvellous view of the terrace and the water. The living room and open-plan kitchen are invitingly furnished with comfortable sofas and a large dining table.
Outside, a beautiful garden invites you to relax and play. A terrace with barbecue facilities is available for cosy evenings. There is also a car park and a carport with lockable storage space for bicycles. A mobile dog fence can be provided on request.
For water sports enthusiasts, the house can also be rented together with a boat, a 6.10 m long Primeur Tender for € 580.00/week, which you can use to explore the surrounding waters. The sloop has a 25 hp 4-stroke engine and can be driven without a licence. If you bring your own boat, you can moor it directly on your own property.
The holiday home Baum offers free WLAN so that you can always stay connected. A hairdryer is also available and the house is non-smoking.

Lemmer - south-west of Friesland - is a former fishing village and a quaint, picturesque place. Nice little shops and restaurants with terraces by the water invite you to linger. The large beach with indoor pool and terrace café and the town of Lemmer are just 1 km from the bungalow. In summer, the arrival of the boats at the historic lock in the evening is always a sight to see. The Aquaronde park includes a children's playground, a restaurant with a large terrace on the water, a snack bar, a marina and a mini-golf course. The park is equipped with a barrier that works with vehicle licence plate recognition. You are only allowed to drive at walking pace in the park so that children can play and cycle undisturbed. You can go fishing, horse riding, hiking, tennis, table tennis, swimming and even ice skating in winter. The Frisian lake district is ideal for all kinds of water sports thanks to its waterways.

Very beautifully located holiday home. In a quiet location, one can relax well here. The house is well equipped, clean, and well-maintained. We enjoyed our time in Lemmer and can only recommend it!
