Solid and inexpensive upper floor non-smoking holiday flat with outdoor seating in the North Sea resort of Dornumersiel in the OT Westerbur, away from the tourist hustle and bustle. Sufficient space for up to 4 persons and baby. A maximum of two well-behaved dogs are allowed and stay free of charge.
The sandy beach with beach chairs and a view of the island, the fishing harbour, the solar-heated seawater swimming pool, the tourist centre with playhouse and fireplace room as well as the town centre with restaurants, pubs and shopping facilities are only approx. 3,000 m away.
Living room with cosy seating area with East Frisian sofa and flat-screen TV.
Separate fitted kitchen with 4-ring hob and oven, fridge with freezer compartment, sufficient pots, pans, cutlery and crockery, etc..
Outdoor seating for private use.
1 bedroom with double bed. Baby travel cot must be brought if required.
1 bedroom with bunk beds.
Modern bathroom with shower, suspended WC and bathroom furniture.

The holiday home is situated in a quiet location in the North Sea resort of Dorn umersiel in the Wes terbur district.
Dornu mersiel with its beach and solar-heated seawater swimming pool is only 3,000 metres away. There is also a dog walking trail with beach chairs and views as far as the islands.
Dornu mersiel is a state-recognised North Sea resort on the East Frisian north coast, geographically located between the coastal resort of Neßm ersiel and the North Sea resort of Bense rsiel off the islands of Lan geoog and Ba ltrum.
Dorn umersiel - Westerac cumersiel is the oldest fishing harbour in East Friesland. From here you can take part in deep-sea fishing trips or excursions to the seal banks or the islands.
The Mahlbusen, an inland waterway (former harbour) which is fed by the Dorn umersieler Tief, invites you to take relaxing walks or, for the more active, to take a trip in a pedal boat. Anglers will find a very fish-rich body of water here.
A mini-golf course and adventure playground round off the offer.
The Reethaus am Meer, which also houses the tourist information centre, has a large play barn for younger guests to run around and play in and a reading room with a fireplace for adults to relax in. There is a challenging skating rink right in front of it for the older kids.
In Dorn umersiel there is a solar-heated seawater swimming pool directly on the beach with a view of the North Sea island of Lan geoog. Opposite the pool, the Dorn umersiel tennis club also makes its tennis courts available for guests to use.
