There is air conditioning and a hair dryer. Outside is a green area planted with vines and olive trees, with a space for sunbathing, barbecuing or cooking using the outdoor kitchen. Linen can be hired or brought from home.
There is a large courtyard with an automatic gate, in which you can park your car. The centre is 200 metres away.

Polpenazze del Garda is a small medieval village, with a characteristic square where you can have an aperitif, have breakfast, or taste a fantastic ice-cream from the famous 'Vassalli' ice-cream parlour, admiring the spectacular lake view from the church square.
In the village there are main shops: minimarket, butcher's, delicatessen, fruit and vegetables.
