Description
The country house, completely independent and recently built, is located in the nature reserve of Soiano del Lago, surrounded by greenery, just 3 km from the beaches of the lake. For guests, a large park of 2500 square meters, with hazelnuts, oaks and olive trees typical of Lake Garda. The house is as follows:
- a double bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed a living room with open kitchen, with n. 1 sofa bed for 2 persons
- On the first floor a modern bathroom with shower with massage jets, washing machine and dryer. The living room has a fan, and the house is very cool, even in summer. Astra satellite TV. Large porch all the wood for moments of relaxation with 2 beds. Independent entrance with parking on the property.

Location and surroundings of object
During your stay you can relax in a completely immersed nature. seen in the adjacent countryside still live the typical animals of the area of Lake Garda (pheasants, hawks, lizards), all the telescope guests the typical wildlife of the place (bird watching), in the summer evenings you can see the stars and still feel the Song of crickets and frogs in the stream in front of the park ... and if you're lucky, see the fireflies at night! If you continue to form a holiday for all our guests there are 2 mountain bikes to take a walk to the lake and the morainic hills of Lake Garda, with special cycling routes, all well connected and reported that unites all the See countries! For younger children we offer a children's bed (cot), children's cart, bicycle seat and table chair, table change.

Perfect time out!
We really enjoyed our holiday at the nocciolo Country House! The cottage was perfect for the two of us and our two Dalmis! The garden is not completely fenced in, but neither of our two escaped. The kitchen is perfect for breakfast, for dinner we usually went to the surrounding pizzerias. Everything is easily accessible by car! A perfect environment for dog owners. There are great footpaths, also wooded, and the Italians and farmers are mega friendly! There is a road leading to the house, which is good for Italian conditions. Maximum 20 m gravel road to the car park at the house under olive trees. We didn't use the pool, we preferred to go for a walk. The house is very clean and everything is available. Only the internet could be a bit faster. Fabiana and Nicola are very attentive hosts! We felt very comfortable and hope for our next holiday in the nocciolo cottage! Thank you very much for everything!

Completely satisfied
The vacation home of Fabiana and Nicolas is very beautiful and simple.
The location is centrally located, but still in the middle of nature.
In the evenings, the crickets chirp competitively and you can sit on the terrace and listen to them. Very relaxing.
Especially great is the bedroom built into the mountain, which allows for a pleasant night's sleep even at outside temperatures of 32 degrees.
Fabiana and Nicolas were very friendly, always approachable, and the contact was very uncomplicated.
All the previous commenters rave about the cake. We agree, it was very tasty. Thank you for that!
We really enjoyed our stay in this little house.

Wonderful family vacation
We had a great time in this small, but fine cottage in the middle of nature. Peace and pure relaxation, yet centrally located and quickly in the village or at the lake. The cake for the reception was delicious and our daughter, who also had her birthday on vacation, could really enjoy it. We would also like to thank you for your hospitality. Fabiana and Nicola were always available and helpful. The property is great for romping and playing. The children and our dog loved it. The pool was the highlight for the kids and is much bigger than you would think when you see the photos. All in all, it was a successful vacation for the whole family and we can recommend this property without hesitation.

Es war ein wundervoller Urlaub
Das Ferienhäuschen ist ganz wundervoll eingerichtet und hat alles was man benötigt. Die Lage ist super, schön ruhig eingebettet in der Natur und doch zentral gelegen. Mit dem Auto ist man in ca 5 Minuten im Ort. Unseren beiden Hunden hat es auch so gefallen. Das Grundstück ist toll zum Toben. Wenn es komplett geschlossen gewesen wäre, wäre es perfekt gewesen. Fabiana und Nicola sind absolut tolle Gastgeber, sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Hunde waren herzlich willkommen das hat mir sehr gefallen.
Vielen lieben Dank für Alles und auch für den leckeren Kuchen.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft
Das Haus liegt mitten in der Natur und ist so schön. Fabianna und Nicolas sind super Gastgeber und versprechen mit ihren Bildern nicht zu viel. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht und noch mehr. Uns und den Kindern hat so gut gefallen, dass wir auf jeden Fall wiederkommen! Es war alles perfekt und lief unkompliziert ab. So wie es sein soll! Also wer auf der Suche nach einem entspannten Rückzugsort ist, der dennoch zentral liegt ist hier definitiv richtig.
Und ja: den Kuchen auf den Bildern gibt es wirklich und er schmeckt super

Seit Jahren zufrieden
Wir gehen als Kleinfamilie seit 4 Jahren in dieses kleine Schmuckstück und freuen uns jedes Jahr wenn es wieder soweit ist. Super idyllisch. Und die Gastgeber sind sehr, sehr nett !
Es ist für uns ein 2. Sommer-Zu-Hause geworden.
