High quality, lovingly furnished house with terrace and garden in a quiet location (dead end) near the old dyke with parking at the hotel. The house has a large living room, kitchen, bedroom (double bed 200x200cm), a children's room (two single beds 90x200cm), shower room with toilet and a separate guest toilet and an extra baby bed and high chair. The living and dining area is very bright, has a great cozy couch and a direct access to the terrace. Cozy cottage in Neßmersiel in a quiet holiday village (no through traffic) near the old dike on the North Sea. Terrace and garden facing south. Neßmersiel is a small coastal resort on the North Sea. The village has several restaurants and shopping for everyday items. (Eg Edeka supermarket with bakery shop) The sandy beach is within a few minutes on foot or by bicycle. From the house you can also jump to the old dike jogging or walking. The East Frisian Islands are virtually "on the doorstep". Baltrum - the "Sleeping Beauty of the North Sea" - is errreichen the harbor from Nessmersiel to take ferries. My wife and I were here all of October, the weather mixed.
Very nice and well-kept holiday home in a great and quiet location. The house is very lovingly furnished and everything has been thought of; we lacked nothing. The small supermarket is a three-minute walk away and was even open on Sundays during our stay. Mrs. Kutscher from the property management was extremely friendly and accommodating. We felt comfortable right away and really enjoyed our stay. We can wholeheartedly recommend the holiday home!

Great vacation
We had a wonderful time there. The house is very well-maintained, the bedrooms have apparently just been renovated and newly furnished, we didn't miss anything. The quiet location is very relaxing. From there, we went on many trips. We had no problems parking our big car. Thank you very much for everything! We would love to come back!
