Description
The flat used to be a horse stable and has now been converted into a 40 square metre, modern holiday flat for two people. It is very central yet quiet as it is located in the backyard.
The flat is equipped with all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay. A comfortable bed with high-quality bed linen awaits you in the spacious bedroom. A modern flat-screen TV is available for cosy evenings in. The small bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and hairdryer.
The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances, including a kettle and coffee machine to enjoy your morning coffee. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also at your disposal, ideal for longer stays.
Internet access is available via Wi-Fi and an iron is also provided. For guests arriving by car, a car park is available for €8 per night.
Schloßstraße is one of the three largest and most popular shopping streets in Berlin, with three shopping centres and countless shops. As Schloßstraße is within walking distance of the accommodation, you have an extremely large selection of shops in the immediate vicinity.
If you want to get around by public transport, there is a bus stop within a 2-minute walk, two different underground stations within a 10-minute walk and an S-Bahn station within a 15-minute walk.

- You will be refunded the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 4 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 4 days before check-in, you will be refunded 50% of the booking amount minus the price for the first night and the cancellation fee.
