Located directly on the beautiful dune beach, this accommodation not only offers an unbeatable location in the first line of the beach but also a breathtaking view over the dunes to the azure Mediterranean Sea.
The apartment is located on the second floor of the Edificio Don Salva and is part of a well-maintained residential complex with a spacious outdoor area. Here you will find a large swimming pool for adults, a separate children's pool, and two convenient outdoor showers. Surrounded by a picturesque palm garden with sunbathing areas, this environment is perfect for unwinding.
The apartment is comfortably furnished and can accommodate up to 4 people. There are two bedrooms:
- A master bedroom with a cozy double bed and a private en suite bathroom.
- A second bedroom with two single beds and access to another bathroom located right next to it. - A second bedroom with two single beds, ideal for children or traveling friends.
- Another bathroom with a walk-in shower provides additional comfort.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, so you can feel right at home. It includes:
- A glass ceramic hob
- An oven
- An extractor hood
- A dishwasher
- A washing machine
- A coffee machine
- A microwave
- A kettle
- A fridge/freezer
- As well as all necessary kitchen utensils such as pots, pans, dishes, and cutlery. The large roof terrace is particularly inviting for extensive sunbathing during the winter season and offers you a wonderful place to relax at the end of the day, accompanied by the sound of the sea.
For your entertainment and convenience, there is free Wi-Fi and a modern, very quiet air conditioner (energy class A+/A++) at your disposal. This not only provides pleasant coolness during the hot summer months, but can also be used as heating during the colder season. You receive the TV program via satellite Astra 19.2, thus all common German and many international channels.

Just a few steps away from the well-maintained garden with a spacious swimming pool (approx. 10 m x 20 m), idyllic footpaths lead through the protected dunes directly to one of the most beautiful and cleanest sandy beaches in the region - Playa del Piles. This fine sandy beach is a real gem of the Costa Blanca and offers enough quiet space even in the high season to fully enjoy the sun, sea, and relaxed atmosphere away from mass tourism. Playa de Piles offers restaurants, cafés, and during the season a well-stocked supermarket, all within easy walking distance. In the town of Piles, 2 kilometers away, all shops are open year-round, including a large and very well-stocked supermarket. Many restaurants not only serve Spanish cuisine but also international dishes, and the menus are often available in several languages, including English and German.

Wonderful relaxed stay by the sea
We very quickly inquired about the apartment and it was no problem. The landlord was very accommodating. The location directly behind the dunes with the sea view is great! The balcony unfortunately doesn't get any sun at this time of year, but you only need to take a few steps. The apartment had everything we needed. The kitchen is well equipped, so you can cook for yourself. The living room and bathroom can be heated with electric heaters, and there is also a mobile gas heater. Blankets for the cool evenings are available.
There are some restaurants and bars nearby, but not all of them were open yet.
Shopping options are available in Piles.
Oliva and Gandia are worth seeing and not far away; you can also hike and cycle well.

Beautiful beach
We were already in one of Hildes apartments for the 2nd time, this time in Piles.
The apartments are very clean and equipped with everything you need.
In Piles, you have a fantastic sea view and direct access to the beautiful sandy beach that stretches for kilometers.
The landlady is very helpful, warm, and always approachable.
We and our furry friend enjoyed the stay very much and would be happy to come back.

Perfect vacation apartment in a dream location
Apartment: well-equipped, clean vacation apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, a large living/dining area, and a big balcony.
Location: simply perfect location, 2nd floor, direct view of the beach and the Mediterranean. 2 minutes walking directly to the beach or 1 minute to the pool of the residential complex (which I never used, why would I...? ). How relaxing it can be to just sit on the balcony or by the sea, watching the sea and listening to the sound of the waves... priceless :)
Amenities: Wi-Fi, TV (also with German-speaking satellite program), washing machine and dishwasher, refrigerator (with freezer), hot water boiler. Everything you need for a carefree vacation.
Cleanliness: everything was handed over clean, freshly washed, and cleaned. Don't forget to clean up at the end of your visit ^^
Surroundings: it takes just under 10 minutes to get to the E15 highway, 10 minutes to Oliva, and about 15 minutes to Gandia. Parking was always available right in front of the house. Outside of the season, unfortunately, many shops/restaurants in Playa del Piles are closed. Either you drive a little further to eat or shop at the nearby supermarkets (about 5-10 minutes away).

Check-In/Out: completely uncomplicated
All in all, a perfect vacation to unwind and a gem by the beach. I will definitely come back.
