Die Villa befindet sich auf einem großen Grundstück, das an den Wald und das Vallon de Notre-Dame grenzt. Der Garten hat viel Platz, gute Terrassen, Parkplatz für 3 Autos und einen fantastischen Poolbereich, wo Sie in der Sonne entspannen und die Ruhe genießen können.
Mit direktem Zugang vom Wohnzimmer und der Küche gibt es eine schöne Terrasse mit Außenküche und einem großzügigen Essbereich für gemütliche Mahlzeiten. Die Möglichkeiten sind vielfältig, kaufen Sie auf dem lokalen Markt die frischen Waren und den lokalen Wein beim Weinhändler - der Urlaub ist in vollem Gange!
In der nahe gelegenen Stadt Vence gibt es größere Supermärkte.

Im 1. Stock befinden sich 1 Schlafzimmer mit 1 Doppelbett 200 x 200 cm und eigenem Bad mit Dusche, 1 Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten 90 x 190 cm und 1 Schlafzimmer mit 1 Doppelbett 180 x 200 cm, ausserdem gibt es 1 Badezimmer mit Dusche sowie 1 separates WC.
Kurz gesagt: eine schöne Villa auf einem schönen Grundstück. Die Villa wurde im Frühjahr 2022 sorgfältig renoviert.

14 km von der Küste im Hinterland zwischen Cannes und Nizza, finden Sie das sehr malerische mittelalterliche Dorf „Tourrettes-sur-Loup“, das es sich ganz bestimmt lohnt zu besuchten. Das Dorf liegt an einem Felsen zwischen zwei tiefen Schluchten in einer wunderschönen Landschaft, ein perfekter Ferienort.
Tourrettes-sur-Loup wird auch als die Stadt der Veilchen genannt, und das ist kein Zufall. Seit Jahrhunderten hat man hier nämlich diese Blumen gezüchtet, und es ist heute noch eine der Hauptbeschäftigungen der Stadt. Die Veilchen werden jedes Jahr im März gefeiert bei einem großen Blumenfestival.Sie müssen das Auto außerhalb der Stadt parken, da es so gut wie unmöglich ist, in der Stadt Parkplätze zu finden. Tourrettes-sur-Loup war im Mittelalter eine befestigte Stadt. Es gibt immer noch drei gewölbte Passagen, die in die Stadtmitte führen. Tourrettes-sur-Loup kann man am besten als ein reizvolles Durcheinander beschreiben. Nichts ist gleich, alles ist verschieden und es gibt nirgendwo eine gerade Linie in der Stadt.Mitten in der Stadt findet man die Straße „Grand Rue“, die wie ein Pferdeschuh geformt ist und voll von Geschäften mit Kunstgalerien und Kunsthandwerk ist. Sehr viele Künstler wohnen hier in der Stadt, wo sie Frieden und Anregung finden. In der Mitte vom Dorf liegt das „Château des Villeneuves“ aus dem 15. Jahrhundert, das heute als Rathaus dient und auch verschiedene Ausstellungen im Laufe des Jahres haust. Das Gebäude enthält auch eine Kirche und einen Wachturm aus dem 11. Jahrhundert und es gibt einen kleinen Innenhof mit einem Springbrunnen.Etwas außerhalb der Stadt findet man das kleine Museum „Notre-Dame-des-Fleurs“ auch „Château des Arômes“ genannt. Das Schloss wurde im 19. Jahrhundert von einem Parfumhersteller gebaut, und davor gab es hier ein Benediktinerkloster. Die Zellen der Mönche und eine Kapelle von der Zeit existieren jedoch noch. Hier gibt es auch ein Restaurant mit einer sehr guten Küche.

If you cancel less than 6 weeks before your arrival, you will lose a 100% of the cost of your holiday. Regardless the reason for the cancellation, the tenants must give notice to Provacances by mail, phone or e-mail. Any tenant who fails to give notice to Provacances shall be required to pay the entire balance. Illness insurance When you book a holiday home through Provacances, you are automatically covered by our illness insurance, which is included in the rental amount. The insurance covers if the persons stated in the rental agreement or their spouses, partners, children, parents, siblings, grandparents, grandchildren, parents-in-law or children-in-law pass away or contract an acute illness or serious injury requiring hospitalization, bed rest prescribed by the doctor or anything of a similar character. The insurance coverage depends on the following conditions: a. The tenant shall inform Provacances of the illness no later than 48 hours after the occurrence of the illness, either in writing or by telephone, and Provacances must have been notified of the cancellation no later than at noon on the day of the arrival stated in the rental agreement. b. Provacances shall receive proof of the incident warranting cancellation, ie. medical certificate or death certificate, within 72 hours of notification. In the case of a successful claim, the full rental amount - less the deductible of 4% of the rental amount – shall be refunded to the tenant.
