The family-friendly holiday home Admiral is situated in a quiet and central location on the green island of Spiekeroog. In just ten minutes you can reach both the extensive beach and the harbour. The supermarket and the idyllic village are less than five minutes' walk away. With the spa gardens right on the doorstep and the nostalgic museum horse railway next door, the location of our house is perfect for every season.

The sunny holiday flat Südwind for large families (up to 6 people) with a unique view over the Wadden Sea.
The cosy holiday flat Nordlicht for couples or small families (up to 4 persons)
We have furnished the holiday flats with great attention to detail and close to nature. Wood, natural stone and light-coloured fabrics create the cosy charm of Haus Admiral. Our guests particularly praise the great equipment of the flats, especially the kitchens.
Children are also very important to us and the house is family-friendly. There are toys for indoors and outdoors, interesting board games, beach toys and many children's vehicles.
Spiekeroog is a paradise for nature lovers, Haus Admiral is a great home for a wonderful family holiday.

Location and surroundings of object
Spiekeroog is an idyllic East Frisian island in unspoilt nature in the Lower Saxony Wadden Sea National Park.
The dune island is car-free, even cycling is restricted. Spiekeroog is connected to the Neuharlingersiel harbour by ferry and is the only one of the seven inhabited East Frisian islands without an airport. Spiekeroog was recognised as a star island by the International Dark-Sky Association in summer 2021.
Haus Admiral is located in the west of the island in the shelter of the dyke directly opposite the spa gardens. The Spiekeroog Museum Horse Railway, the last horse-drawn railway in Germany, runs next to our holiday home from April to September.
Another highlight is taking part in mudflat walks under the guidance of trained mudflat guides.

Each of the 3 flats has its own handcart, children's bikes, balance bikes, bobby cars and giant building blocks. There is garden furniture and sun loungers for guests on the 3 terraces.
Use of the washing machines and tumble dryers is included.

We are a large family with 5 children and 12 grandchildren and offer nice guests in our child-friendly holiday home 3 flats - "Wintergarten" up to 8 people, "Südwind" up to 6 people and "Nordlicht" up to 4 people - for a relaxing holiday.
