Hervorragende Lage, direkte Stadt-/ und Strandnähe, Shoppingmeile ist innerhalb von zwei Minuten zu erreichen. Sehr gute Restaurants, Strand und die Promenade sind sehr gepflegt und weitläufig....

Die Lage der Wohnung ist ausgezeichnet (unweit der Promenade, dennoch sehr ruhig). Sie ist optimal ausgestattet, sehr sauber und ordentlich. Hat einen Balkon, was besonders in der warmen Jahreszeit sehr schön ist.
