Welcome to a cozy house on a nice natural plot with a location close to the sea on Svärdsö in Nynäshamn municipality. Here you come far out into the sea belt, with only 200 m to the sea no matter which direction you go, here the water is clear and beautiful. In one direction you will find a lovely beach and rocks, in the other direction tables and chairs down by the water. There you can take a basket of food with you and enjoy the fantastic sunset and take a dip in the sea. The house has one bedroom with a family bunk bed, separated by curtains. Sofa bed for two is in the living room. In the living room there is also the dining table and a smart TV. A fresh bathroom with electric toilet, sink and shower. The small kitchen has access to the balcony, where you will find a gas grill and outdoor furniture. Parking for cars is available below the house. There is a gate down by the road that you get a key to drive the car up to the house. You share a plot with the nice owners, but have plenty of your own plot space and no visibility. Nynäshamn is a cozy summer town, the bus there goes just below the house. On Torö, which Svärdsö is close to, there are cozy summer cafes and restaurants if you don't want to cook yourself.

The tranquility in the surroundings, / Lots of nature, great terrace, you are in Stockholm in 50 minutes and in 2 minutes at the water with a small beach and boat dock. Recommendations: Restaurant Sjöboden in the south of Torö is beautifully located by the harbor and offers a manageable menu with delicious dishes. A trip to Stockholm, e.g., to the Vasa Museum, is a must. With the day ticket SL of the Stockholm transport company, you can get around very well there. Nynäshamn also has a beautiful harbor and a church on a hill near the harbor. In the archipelago, you can take wonderful kayak tours. The boat dock is very easily reachable in 2 minutes from the holiday home. The landlords of the holiday home are very friendly and helpful and also have kayaks for rent.
