Discover the beautiful holiday home "View of the Algarve" in Ayamonte/ Costa Esuri, which can accommodate up to four guests in 98 square metres of living space. Each of the three detached houses (all 100% equal) has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, ideal for families or small groups.
The three houses were built to German standards in 2019 and are surrounded by a well-kept garden where you can enjoy the peace and beauty of the Algarve. A BBQ grill is available for barbecue lovers, perfect for cosy evenings outdoors. A highlight of the houses is the private swimming pool, which provides a refreshing dip on hot days. There is a car park for your vehicle right next to the house.
Inside the house you will find a modern interior with a fully equipped kitchen, including a microwave, kettle and coffee machine. Each room has its own air conditioning. The bedrooms are cosily furnished and offer high-quality bed linen for a restful night's sleep. In the living room you will find a TV for cosy film evenings. A washing machine, iron and hairdryer are also available to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
A cot and high chair are available for families with small children. The house is equipped with air conditioning to ensure a pleasant indoor climate even in the hot summer months. Free wifi allows you to be online at all times and share your holiday experiences with friends and family.
Please note that the house is non-smoking. You can of course smoke on the terrace.
The three holiday homes "View of the Algarve" are located in the Costa Esuri golf urbanisation, on a small hill. Therefore well shielded from the neighbours, very quiet and yet it is only 500 steps to the nearest supermarket, pharmacy and restaurant. Ayamonte is a charming coastal town in the province of Huelva, Spain, where you can enjoy the benefits of Andalusian and Portuguese culture and hospitality. The fine sandy beaches are long and wide. Water sports enthusiasts, such as kitesurfers, can enjoy them all year round. The nearby and lively town of Ayamonte offers everything a holidaymaker could wish for. Numerous golf courses (12 within a radius of 30 minutes)
invite you to enjoy a good game. The Costa Esuri golf course is right at your feet and you have a view of the golf course.
The view from the house continues over the border river Guadiana to Portugal. The beaches of the Algarve can be reached in 20 minutes.
The Portuguese cuisine and the landscape are simply fantastic. The nearest town is Vila Real de Santo Antonio and Tavira.
Whether water sports, surfing, kiting, hiking, golfing or simply long walks on the beach, there is plenty on offer.
You are very welcome to enjoy your holiday here or even spend the winter. A longer stay in winter can be arranged individually. Faro airport is 60 km away and Seville airport is 140 km away. In the nearby and lively town of Ayamonte you will find all shopping facilities (Mercadona, Lidl etc.) as well as numerous restaurants, bars and a varied cultural programme.

Gladly again....
We were guests at Saini and Erich from 1-8.04. Everything was perfect, our expectations were exceeded. Everything we needed was really there, we might have liked a dishwasher. The view and the peace were priceless. Whenever we had questions, the two were always available and gave us very good tips. Overall, we had very nice days in Ayamonte.
