Enjoy an unforgettable holiday in the beautiful holiday flat La Concha, located on the Costa del Azahar. This spacious 80-square-metre flat can accommodate up to 4 guests, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

La Concha is equipped with all the modern amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The property features a spacious balcony where you can enjoy the beautiful views. Parking is available for your convenience. You can also use the swimming pool for a refreshing dip on hot days.

Inside, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. The living room has a comfortable seating area and a TV. The bedrooms come with comfortable bedding. A washing machine, iron and hairdryer are also available for your convenience.

The flat is air-conditioned to brave the hot summer days. There is also a terrace where you can enjoy the warm Spanish sun.

La Concha is a non-smoking flat. It is tastefully decorated with a mix of modern and traditional furniture. The interior is light and airy, with large windows providing plenty of natural light. The stone floors and high-quality furniture create a warm and cosy atmosphere.

Location and surroundings of object

Located on the beautiful beach Playa de la Concha. This Blue Flag beach has fine sand and gradually sloping seabed without stones. Extremely suitable for families with children and older persons.

Close to the apartment are several tasty restaurants and cosy terraces.

There are smaller supermarkets nearby: one at 100 metres and one at 400 metres. A Consum at 800 metres and a Mercadona and Aldi at 3 km.
There is a bus stop 100m from the apartment and the train station is about 800m away.

Sunny Oropesa del Mar is a typical Mediterranean coastal village in the province of Castellón, on the Costa del Azahar. It is a popular destination for tourists looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday. Oropesa del Mar has 6 beautiful beaches, lovely promenades and a lively port. There is a variety of restaurants and bars and many shops in the town. You can enjoy local cuisine and Spanish culture in Oropesa del Mar.
Playa de la Concha and Playa Moro de Gos have been awarded Blue Flag status. The long sandy beaches pamper sunbathers, water sports enthusiasts and families with children. You will find in Oropesa del Mar not only beaches with fine sand and gradually sloping seabed, but also rocks surrounded by pine trees and Mediterranean vegetation. Playa de la Concha is a 700-metre-long beach and is sheltered by the bay. The water there is generally calm. It has a beautiful promenade with numerous bars and restaurants.

The landscape of Oropesa del Mar is definitely varied. During the day, you can stroll through the old town with its narrow streets leading to the ruins of the ancient city walls and the castle, which dates back to the time of the Arabs. in the evening, enjoy a quiet terrace or the nightlife in the bars or discotheques.

Water sports opportunities abound in Oropesa del Mar, by the way. Windsurfing, water-skiing, sailing, angling and scuba diving are just a few of them. You can also go horse riding, go-karting and golfing. There is absolutely no need to be bored as there is much to do in the area, e.g.

additional information about rental price:

Everything is included in the rental price (bed linen and sheets, kitchen towels, bath towels, washcloths....) except beach towels and final cleaning.

One large bath towel, one regular towel and one flannel are provided per person per stay.

There is a washing machine and a drying rack.

The following is also available free of charge : wifi, 2 beach chairs and a beach parasol.

Each reservation requires a 50% deposit of the rental price. This deposit must be paid
be received by the landlord within 13 days of the invoice date.
The remainder must be received by the landlord no later than 6 weeks before the start of the stay in the holiday home
lessor no later than 6 weeks before the start of the stay in the holiday home. If this has not taken place, the tenant will receive an email
requesting payment of the balance within 5 working days. Failure to do so will be considered as
as a cancellation of the holiday home by the tenant and the cancellation conditions of article 4 apply
apply. The lessor is then simultaneously entitled to re-let the holiday home in question
for letting.

A deposit of 350€ is required. This is payable in cash on arrival. It will be refunded no later than 2 weeks after the departure date, after inspection of the flat and its contents. Any damage will be deducted from the deposit.

The flat must be left clean:
- the flat should be cleaned up and swept clean
- the dishes have to be done
- the oven, microwave, fridge, freezer ... should be clean
- all rubbish should be taken to the waste containers

The swimming pool is not supervised. You are responsible for yourself!
Parties/meetings are not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed.
Pets are not allowed

The arrival in a holiday home normally takes place between 16 and 20 hours, unless otherwise
agreed. It is recommended to contact the landlord by telephone the evening before departure
with the landlord to agree on an exact time and place and to call again
call if the appointment has to be changed due to unforeseen circumstances.
If this procedure is not followed, the lessor cannot be held responsible
for not being able to take possession of the property when the tenant arrives.
The holiday home must be vacated no later than 11 a.m. on the day of departure.

No more than 4 people may stay in the holiday home, unless prior permission has been granted
by the landlord.
If this number is exceeded, the host can deny access to the holiday home to these extra people
the holiday home to these additional persons.
If at a later time, without the knowledge of the person who arranges the reception, additional
stay in the accommodation, a claim for 25% of the rental price shall arise immediately for each additional person who
rent per additional person, which, if necessary, will be deducted from the deposit.
